New to this
Hello - Male 39 years old. 170 lbs 6'. I would like to gain muscle and attain a bit of fat loss. Any kit you recommend for a beginner? I just want tablets no juice.
I go to gym 2 times a weeks and run apprx 25 miles a week

forget the tablets and eat bro. 6 ft 170? you nee dot eat properly and train. hit up the Nutrition forum and get some help there.

thanks....Mickey. You mean I have to gain weight? I think my nutrition is great I just feel I need more muscle weight which I don't seem to gain...

Two times a week is going to give you very slow muscle gain at best. You need to switch that up a bit. Also, running that 25 miles a week could be hindering muscle gain, depending on what you're eating and such.
From your post, it sounds like you want to prioritize muscle growth. I'd cut back that 25 miles and utilize it for more weight time. Add some protein and you'll step closer to whaere you want to be.
