    Need Your Help

    Hi guys,

    I am looking to start my first ever cycle, I am 6'5 250 right now, I played college basketball at 230 and would like to do this while loosing weight. I currently go to the gym 3-5 times a week and have been lifting my whole life. I recently started HGH about 4 months ago but have not lost any weight but good muscle and strength gains ( I have not run at all nor eaten great during that time, stupid I know). I am back to eating healthy as well as giving up alcohol for the foreseeable future to further help my transformation. Would love to hear what recommendations the community would have on a start or what I should do.

    How long have you been training for?
    What is your bf?
    What kind of diet do you run?

    A good place to start is in our diet section and read the stickies, diet and cardio should be your priority if weight and fat loss are your goals.

    I am not sure right now and I am pretty sure it is not to good right now because I had a lazy summer and have never been able to get rid of my belly fat no matter the amount of exercise. I know I need to work on the diet as nothing has fully worked and I have tried a lot of different variations. I have always been a bigger guy in terms of mass.

    I will def look into those, I appreciate the post. I need to learn as much as possible. I have been training only seriously (4-5 a week) for a month after my lazy summer but before that about 10 months. I am starting my cardio back now and will lose about 15 to 20 of those pounds in the first month or two. Im glad i joined this forum, thank you.

    What kind of gh are you using? And what's your dosage?
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Somatropin from IP, I am currently doing 3 IUs 5 times a week. My avatar was me last summer before I took anything at 230 which I will be back at in about 2 months or less with cardio.

    from what i can drum up to check my bf it is mid to high 20s

    then i would work on your diet in the nutrition section.
    Also that gh is garbage and not real
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    i will be working on that def and that sucks, I thought i could trust people that I know, I was using a different kind before, then I am lost and have no idea what to do to get real gh

    Real gh is very hard to get and expensive if you can. And it got harder the last month with another brand going bad. Honestly i would just forget gh.

    ok well other than diet what can I start out taking to assist with my lifting and cutting?

    personally aside from appetite suppression i have never gotten anything noticeable from ECA stack. ur diet is what u need to focus on man. get ur diet rite and lift and do a fair amt of cardio and have some patience and u can get the results ur looking for (cutting - wise) without any chemicals!
