Ok to PIN day after normal day?

Normally I PIN Monday mornings and Thursday evenings. This Friday is leg day for me. If I PIN Thursday night there is no way i will be able to walk without a limp let alone workout the legs the next day. After pinning my leg feels ok for rest of day, its 2nd and 3rd day that I get the intense PIP. So is it big deal if I just wait till Friday morning to PIN? This way I can work my legs right after.

i actually prefer to pin a day or two ahead of a leg day just because if i do get that charlie horse feeling a good hard leg workout seems to make the pain go away. Dont know if it is helping move the oil around or whatever, but it works for me.

    Suck it up.

    Or pin your delts.

    Or pin your glutes.

    Or pin your chest.

    Or pin your traps.

    Or pin your tris.

    Jesus people. Think.
