    Need some help here fellas!

Ok, let me just start by saying im 22 yrs old, 5'9" 147 lbs. When I was 16 I did a 10 week cycle of dbol only and gained about 20lbs. Much of it was water weight and I lost it all within months. I lost all the way down to 125lbs. Ive just recently in the last year gotten back in the gym and ive gained from the 127 back to the 147 that I am now. However, I feel that I've hit a plateau and want to try a cycle. Now, i'm expecting you guys to say stuff like "your not old enough for aas" or, "you havent been working out long enough". Well, that all may be true, but, im stubborn and i'm gonna do it anyway so I would really appreciate some insight on this. Here's what i've got planned:

    12 week sustanon 250 (500mg a week)
    25mg a day? d-bol first 6 weeks of cycle

I've got that part worked out, so here's my questions:

    take nolvadex throughout cycle?
take nolvadex only post cycle along with clomid?
take nolvadex only as a PCT and forget the clomid?
Take clomid only as a PCT and forget the nolvadex?
And when to start PCT and how much? I really need the details here

    Could really use some advice!

Aas is not the fix for this. Its your diet and training holding you back. At your age your going to damage your body and you cant reverse it.

For your sake, hope you decide not to use aas until 25yrs of age.

I just feel like it will not only help but will also help with motivation to actually go to the gym and work hard. I struggle with that alot, I get discouraged and say screw it when I don't see results. I guess you could say im willing to risk it. I appreciate your concern

I've been on TRT for almost 20 years because I was stubborn. Take it for what it's worth.

Diet is everything. You want to be bigger, you have to eat bigger. Steroids at your age will harm you for life. I would goto our diet section and work that out.

Diet, sleep and training are the main parts.

No one here is going to tell you do do a cycle. Your weight is light (although you have gained) you could still gain more in the next 3 years and be happier with the results. Also you won't end up like me doing stupid shit when I was young and screwing yourself up when your 30. Believe me I know first hand.

Post a diet in the nutrition section and let the guys help you along. You can thank us later

steroids arent for motivation. Whats going to motivate you when you stop your cycle and loose your gains?
Your diet isnt right for your goals and you will go back to where you are at now if you dont fix that
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Son, that's a load of crap and you know it. Motivation comes from within. Your head is in the wrong place if your attitude is "steroids will motivate me to work out". Did you learn nothing from your previously poor cycle? You gained the weight and then lost it all. Why? You lack discipline and comittment to training and nutrition. It's that simple. Your results will be exactly the same as last time because you are approaching this the wrong way.

You need to learn how to eat and train and get your head in the game. When you've mastered those basic concepts, THEN you should be asking cycle questions.

Until this happens, you are wasting your time and money and endangering yourself. Steroids will NOT make up for a lack of committment.

I knew I was gonna get my ass ripped if I posted on here! LOL

I promise to take everything thats been said here into consideration, The thing is, i'm not just a dumb, irresponsible kid. I'm married, I have three children, my oldest daughter is five. I am not your typical 22 year old, put it that way. I wouldn't be doing a cycle stupidly as I really do understand the health risks.

Noone is bashing you. But if you understood the health risks, you wouldnt have done dbol or trying to start this cycle.

So getting a girl pregnant when you were 17 makes you responsible at 22 to start using steroids?
That's the stupidest thing I have ever heard. If you knew the risk you wouldn't even think about it at your age.
If you know the risk please share those risk with us. You don't know.
You can't keep yourself motivated to go to the gym with out doing drugs? Again stupid.
How about you get your head out of your ass and be a father and a husband who's endocrine system is not f ed.
Why don't you motivate yourself to not be on TRT for life.
I think your wife and children would appreciate a healthy husband and father.

Maybe he should continue to cycle so that he is rendered infertile and can no longer procreate...

Needing AAS for motivation is wrong. Living a healthy life is one thing. Being healthy and going to the gym lifting weights, doing cardio is taking it one step farther. Making this your lifestyle by going to the gym on a regular basis, eating right, and basically everything you do revolving around this lifestyle, and including AAS into the mix is something only a minority of the population do.
I applaud your enthusiasm but you need to make a decision to whether this is something that you can do on regular basis. Conquer that first for awhile before you go down the AAS road. Cause what will happen when your cycle is over is you will not go to the gym and everything you worked so hard for, will disappear. No need to even bother w/it if that's going to be the case.

    Good Luck.

I wasn't meaning it that way at all. I was just trying to give you a little background on myself. Basically saying im not a stupid kid that would be irresponsible with it. Didn't mean anything more than that. Even though its not what I wanted to hear, I appreciate the feedback fella's.

Wow this guy is mature at 22. How mature are you going to be, to be spending your money on lab work half a year from now instead of on your kids?

Silverbimma, I'm not sure if your post was a compliment or an insult. Either way, thats a very good point.
