    Want to try my first Cycle!

    Hello there guys!

    I've just joined the website, it's been a while I'm checking AAS information as I'm really backed out by it. The whole "dangers" and side effects that people may receive are quite frightening. But, I'm starting to get really motivated as I'm at a point in my life that I won't be able to do it anymore if I wait.

    I'm interested in going for my first cycle and maybe going for a second one before stopping or who knows... but anyway!

    My stats :
    212 lbs / 21 years old / 6''2 / Doesn't have my body fat

    Goals :
    Reaching 230 lbs with an OK Body Fat *I'll try to get it as soon as possible*. I want to mainly increase the size of my arms and my chest without forgetting my legs, but my main objectives is Chest + Arms.

    My diet is not that excellent, though here is what it looks like.
    8:00am Morning : Mutant Mass Weight Gainer Shake *About 500 calories intake* // Cereal bowl + fruits (Rasberries) + 1 banana
    10:00Am : Protein bar (20-30 protein intake)
    12:00 Depending on the school meal, I eat about 3-4 slices of chikens/fish + about 500grams of vegetables + 400mg of rices
    15:00 An apple or another protein bar // Banana
    Between 17:00-19:00 : A chicken salad *I'll add (brown) rice soon enough*
    20:00-21:00 : Another fruit with my Mutant Mass Shake *Post-Workout*

    Supplements :
    - Mutant Mass Weight Gainer (4 scoop a day : 1000 calories)
    - Multi vitamins 2-4 pills Armor-V (morning)
    - Fish Oil Soft gels 2 pills (morning with Vitamins)
    - A spoon of CREATINE with my two Mutant Mass proteine Shake
    - I add my BCAA's to my post-workout protein shake


    Basically, I'm going to focus much more on my diet as I know that it's not enough at all!
    I need to eat more and more often, but I'm at school right now and it's sometimes difficult to eat well and/or often. But if I start Gear, I'll put the effort to boost my proteine intake by a lot and add in variation in my food.

    I've been reading around and getting some information from people I know about what to take and here is what I think might be good!

    - D-Bol 40mg/day (4 weeks for the kick start)
    - Test Enathate 500mg 2x weeks 3.5 days (1-12 weeks)
    - PCT Clomid 100/50/50/50 + Nolvadex 40/20/20/20 (14-18 weeks)

    Thank you for giving my tips and if I should go for it or not! I'm willing to take ANY information as it's my first time and I don't want to mess up at all!!

    I suggest a Scwinn, or for a really good cycle a high end Trek. At your age these would be the safest cycles for you to be on.

    Like you said your diet isn't good. You said you would fix it if your on cycle. Why can't you fix it without going on. Fix your diet and you will see changes naturally and have no risk
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    "You're at a point in your life where you won't be able to do it soon"??? How do you figure that? Steroids have been around longer than you've been alive and unless you plan on leaving earth, they'll be around a lot longer.

    What are the total calories and macros in your diet? Mass gainers are crap but great for getting fat.

    At your age, I would hold off. Diet, training, research and sleep. There is a chance you will harm yourself for life at that age. 25 is a safe age to start.

    Thanks for the input!

    I guess that if I could improve my diet by a lot, I could get some serious result all by itself.

    It's a good idea to solve "that problem" before trying the GEAR.

    I have not thought about getting the total calories and doing the ultra serious DIET before the GEAR though.
    Though, with the serious DIET, I wanted to at least try the Gear even though there's some risk as I'm aware of.

    As for the "Now" and not "later", well later might be much later in fact since I want to become a police officer and I'll have some blood test and I really want to be clean when the time comes.

    LMAO!! A scwinn! That's good stuff..

    OP, you can definitely put some more mass on once you learn to eat. That was the hardest part for me. Once I figured out my diet needs, I was able to put mass on pretty quick!

    Since you're young, stubborn, and probably going to do what you want.....scrap the Dbol. PCT should begin after 2 weeks off from test e, so weeks 15-18. Your diet shouldnt be so so while on aas. Do some research in the nutrition forum and maybe post your diet for them to pick apart. But for the most part, listen to these guys when they say your too young. You definitely don't want to shut down your natural test production at your age.
