You don't need steriods at your age, shutting down your own test production before its full developed can result in some nasty sides what could be with you for life, limp dick and low test are not nice things to have in your teens.

Head over to the diet section and do some research, you'll thank me one day.

You have hit s brick wall in gains because either your diet isn't adequate enough or your not training hard enough, its that simple. Every time you increase size and weight your calorie intake needs to increase. With the high level if test floating around you should be making great gains. Try some creatine and hardwork.

    Best of luck

You're not seeing results because your diet is likely not as good as you think it is. Please post everything you ate today. Including liquid intake.

You're not going to see results with this diet.

In order to bulk up, you need to calculate your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) in calories, and you will need to increase daily by 500 or more, minding your protein, carb and fat intake. (Macros).

Hop over to the nutrition forum and let the pro's over there critique your diet. What you're eating is not good at all. Not even close (Sorry, not trying to sound harsh, but all of us at one point thought we had a great diet).

Looks like most of your protein is from shakes. This is not good. You just have to learn how to eat and you will see results. I eat more than that when I'm cutting. When bulking, I eat more than everything you mentioned in one meal. Less the shakes, not a fan of shakes.

Lastly, do not take any more advice from your local sup shop.

    Best of luck.

Your diet is no good, to many shakes and no food. Head over to the diet section and read the stickies.

You're not going to lose weight this way.

Again, you have to mind your macros, calculate TDEE and go into a calorie deficit of 500 or more. You can't just eat at random and hope the fat melts off. that will never ever happen. Unless you can run a marathon daily.

That diet is terrible for any type of goal. No one should be eating like that. Regardless of goals.

Sorry it wasn't what you wanted to hear. The fact is, folks at supplement shops are sales reps, mostly on commission. They just want to sell you the shakes. Once you start talking diet... they Nod, smile and tell you whatever you want to hear until you spend some money.

Good to have you on board and I hope you can find the information in the links above useful to reach your goals. Hope you're not discouraged. It's a lot of hard work but once you get cranking it get's easier.

    Best of luck to you.

Austinite is correct. Gaining or cutting has everything to do with nutrition.

Don't take advice from retail clerks at supplement stores. It's unlikely they are nutrition experts.

You started this thread looking for advice on steroids. Steroids aren't weight loss supplements and yet now you're talking about dropping weight. It seems a lot more learning is ahead of you.
