Start with the nutrition section. Gains are made in the kitchen. If you don't eat enough and enough of the right food no steroid in the world is going to make a difference.Originally Posted by Sad_twig
I have some experience in lifting now constructing a weekly program & diet (also talking to a dietitian). gonna start the cycle & lifting after I finish this semester (wanna lift srsly for some weeks before then start the cycle and continue the lifting & diet).
I have the nutrition checked, All the knowladge I need is what kind of a gear am I looking at for first cycle, where to get it online. what sort of blood work, what PCT etc.
112 lbs? At 5"9...
Start downing those calories brother. Dont worry about any steroids.
You want to lift a few weeks seriously. Before you cycle?
Mate your kidding yourself
We've heard that many times. Post your planned nutrition with daily calories and macros do we can see if your intake is right to support your goals.Originally Posted by Sad_twig
You're gonna have to lift a lot longer before your ready for steroids. They aren't magic beans brother.
I lifted for 2 years (18 to 20) and stopped when I got back to collage, lifestyle changed switched cities and uni is not easy (specially first 2 semester because I need high marks to move to exercise science & be a physiotherapist) so I just stopped going to the gym.
I was 118lbs at peak before stopping (lost pretty much everything in a year). 2 years of fully been dedicated and working out hard and preparing food (my whole life at that point was that, workout > make meals > eat > read articles > sleep > repeat)
My new diet plan is approx:
230P 90C 120F
Around 2400 Cals a day.
I am not sure if I should cycle next year (will be 22) or do it when I hit 25, I was thinking of using these 3 years to acquire more knoladge & some mass naturally then do it when I hit 25yrs. still tho, help me with information, it's useful anyhow to know more.

You need to concentrate on a solid diet and training for the next few years. Those are the building blocks and without them a cycle is pretty much worthless.
Good Luck
Another down side to not haveing enough time in the gym. When your doing aas your muscles will grow stronger. But your joints and tendons cant keep up.So you will end up with injuries.Stay nat until your 25 work on your diet and find out wat works for you in the gym.Good luck Bro![]()
Songdog nailed it. If drugs worked alone we would all be huge....
Steroids isnt for you yet.
1) EAT ALOT MORE
2) DIET
3) get a good training routine in order.
4) sleep
5) again EAT!
Stay off gear until 25. Eat everything in site until then. I'm sure you're accustomed to eating VERY little so it's going to take a while to build up the tolerance you need in order to bulk.
Twig this stuff takes time and patience. When I got out of high school I was 6' and 150lbs. I was able to get over 200lbs naturally just with proper diet and training before ever considering AAS. So, I reiterate what all the above guys said. Patience-hard work-dedication-nutrition=results. Don't try and short-change things just yet.

You take juice now with no discipline in your diet or training regiment you will inflate with water and deflate 12 weeks later.
Your dick wont work right and you could end up doing damage which could be permanent. I was 6'2 167 pounds out of highschool you are still a boy you will grow into your frame but you have to get other shit down before you use aas
You missed out the most crutial part. Your age.
Which is 22 years old
how many years have you been lifting?
I know that feeling. Was 5'11 150. FeltbadmanOriginally Posted by kelkel
