    Prop vs Enth

i recently read a thread that contained a cycle that include test e, yet the protocol was eod, which is usually reserved for short esters like prop. i found this quite interesting so i dug into the saturation times of both using a protocol of 100mg each, and an eod protocol using 30 days as a time line (this should be sufficient for blood plasma saturation for long and short esters)

the enth was almost at full saturation in three wks with less "spikes" which did not come as a surprise. *im seriously considering this approach with long esters unless otherwise convinced not to during this discussion.*

But i was very surprised to see that the prop @ 100mg/eod only saturated to approx 200mg compared to the enth at just over 500mg?

    what are your thoughts?

(i used PCT Calculator for posted values)

I actually did the same exercise a few months back. I got the same numbers as you. I've also seen charts of blood concentration of Test Cyp when injected once every two week, once a week, every other day, and every day. The fluctuation in the blood was almost non-existent when Test Cyp was taken every day. The fluctuation was acceptable even once every two weeks but it was like a smooth line when injected everyday. From that point, I always shoot my Test E or Test Cyp every other day.

i assume because of the long ester (enth) more test is sticking around to wind up saturation levels 2.5 times that of the short ester.

    and good question t-dogg.

No, the Test didn't kick in faster. I couldn't really tell, anyways. I could tell that the sides weren't as severe. What I mean is that instead of getting a rash of acne once every week, I shot Cyp once a week on cycle, I got a few acne throughout my cycle. It seemed like the sides were more predictable.

are you saying your exp was frequency of inject's reflected frequency of acne? if so, even more interesting.

My body reacts to the rush of Test as the blood level rise. I don't know why that is but it just does. Every time I inject I get a rash of acne from one to three days after the injection. Very predictable but still stinks. I'm looking at accutane right now. I've used every topical in the market and I'm tired of scrubbing my skin raw.

that makes sense. ive always felt the more stable your bloods, the less likely you will get acne. this is another reason i am so interested in this 'new to me' approach to long esters.
