    Clen + T3 and Keto

What is the benefits of running Clen + T3 vs. just Clen? I read some places that T3 has a strong catabolic effect if you're not on AAS?

I did a 2 week on cycle of Clen a little while ago and went from 60 to 140 at the end and felt 0 side effects. I dropped from 195 to 183 in the first week but then went back up to 187 and have stayed there for awhile now. not sure why?

So, I'm thinking after a 2 week rest I might do Clen/T3 combined, or just Clen and Keto and run it longer? I didn't take Taurine on my first Clen experience either, is this a must?

Clen and t3 are often used together because clen supposedly has anti-catabolic properties, while t3 increases metabolism of fats, carbs, AND proteins. So if you're taking too much in, your need for protein goes way up, generally leading to muscle loss. I've found that slamming 15g of glutamine, and drinking 50g worth of whey protein over the duration of my morning fasted cardio has prevented any detectable muscle loss @ doses up to 80mcg/day. This number is going to be different for everyone--i'm completely reliant on exogenous thyroid hormones (t3 is one of them.) The dosage that is effective is relative to your body's ability to actually use the t3.

Some people have receptors that readily use all of it, some people get a very low %.
This is why treatment for hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism is kind of a crapshoot, and you have to treat by symptoms.

I hear that 25mcg/day actually has anabolic effects, similar to insulin. It increases the metabolism of the three macro-nutrients, and i've read that this small dose will actually help drive nutrients into your muscles. A 25mcg maintenance dose isn't all that uncommon.

Also, how big was your deficit while you lost that weight? If it was a huge deficit, try eating a little bit more. I find that when I plateau on weight loss, eating maintenance or slightly above maintenance for a day or two will help drop water and help your body get out of crisis mode

I try for 2400 calories a day. 269g Protein, 183g Carbohydrates, and 67g fats. Sometimes it's a bit less because I wont be hungry and skip meals.

I think I'm going to try keto along with the clen for next time, and see if that works a bit better. And also supplement with Taurine, even though I didnt get cramps.

    keto + clen = yes
    Keto + t3 = no
T3 rapidly depletes atp stores. Your body in an effort to replenish atp and also for energy turns to carbohydrates, fat and muscle. If you dont eat carbs with t3 you will lose substantially more muscle than you would if you are.
