Last few days of PCT still have gyno under right nipple... What do??

Was on 500mg test e for 12 weeks, had puffy nips but no lumps/gyno. 1 week into PCT lump under right nipple formed and hasn't gone away. For PCT im on a combo of Nolva/Clomid and .25mg a-dex ed. Nolva is almost gone. Could it be all these PCT supps that are effecting my hormones causing gyno? Should I try Letro?

What are your dosages for clomid and nolva?

Was like 40/40/30/30. Im just about out of Nolva (arr) and it doesn't seem to have done anything since the lump started. What do you think about letro?
