    cut down bf%

    whats the best cardio for cutting down bf % how long should you do cardio


    5.9 190 pounds 15 % bf diet is clean .

    i think most people would say that HIIT is the best. but to me, it's also the most painful! so the correct answer would be any cardio that you can do, and keep up with, is the best cardio for you.

    like Lunk said, if you search through the WorkOut section, you'll find more detailed discussions on the various types, HIIT, moderated steady-state, fasted...

    don't forget to decrease calories for better results

    Post workout or AM fasted cardio has benefited me the most. HIIT is good but I just don't like it!

    Your diet will be the most key here, if that's not straight you're just wasting your time!

    I have two points of views for you. I would do slow cardio for 45mins 6x's a week, one in the am and pm per day. Then after you have lost a good deal of BF I would then start HIIT training. Its harder on the joints and body.
