    Football player looking for info

    Im looking to get info on a cycle a pro strong man suggested to me, it will be my first cycle.
    d-bol for 6 weeks and t400 for 15 weeks

    I am 22, 6'2, 225
    My bench is 315
    Squat 605
    12% body fat

    I play running back and defense of end I was wondering if the d-bol will put to much weight on me, I dont mind putting some mass on But I dont wanna slow up my 40 time to much. This will be a off season cycle.

    Agree with Axx. Right now it's best to focus on diet and training. Use the next few years to get those perfected and continue research.

    Cycling now could cause potential damage to your endocrine system, long term or permanent damage is not off the table.

    Agree with AXx. Cycling too early will have long term effects that you seriously won't want. At your age, using steroids when your own hormonal cycles are still peaking is like trying to fix a watch with a hammer. You'll do too much damage. You could easily put lean mass on without affecting your 40 time by adjusting your nutrition to increase calories.

    i agree with the other guys
    also the back pumps from d-bol will kill you on the field
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    my diet is not to bad, im not on a meal plan or anything.. I was only going to do one cycle to get to that next level quick, Im looking to go pro.

    2 eggs with 12 grain toast glass of skim milk, 2 bananas, can of tuna mixed with some cottage cheese, 2 chicken breasts with corn and salad, scoop of a 100% whey protein, yogurt and some cheese and crackers 2 fiber one bars

    okay can you recommend any type meal program or anything i can take?(I really am looking to increase my speed) Thanks for the advice i really appreciate it!

    there is a nutrition section of the board. make a thread in there you will get more help with the diet

    Not a good cycle for a rb/de anyway in my opinion. Why not something like high dose anavar and low test? Or halo hell you'd bust through everyone! Id think you'd want speed and strength.

    But like others say you are a tad bit young but i always say its your decision just do your research .

    The "pros" know how to eat! If this is what you aspire to, you need to start investing in your nutrition! You wouldn't play the game without a helmet, then why are you trying to go pro without understanding the importance of nutrition and proper intake?

    Im not worried about getting tested, if I get tested it wont be till next Aug anyways I am pretty sure Im going to take something anavar and low test is easier on the body then halo isnt it i heard halo is very liver toxic

    Look up Plyometrics on youTube, or download p90x, that will make you quicker.
