I read that you can take Taurine to alleviate back pump discomfort, but I can't find the dosage. I took 2,000mg last workout and I still had pumps. How much is too much? I would like to be doing 3xbw deads again haha.

I don't know where you read that, but Taurine is not used for that and really will not help alleviate back pumps. Taurine is generally used to alleviate cramps caused by Taurine deficiencies (such as when using Clen, Clen depletes Taurine levels in the body and cramping can result).
I personally take 5,000mg post-workout. You know you've taken too much when you get diarrhea from it, so 2,000mg is fine. I found I started getting diarrhea from it when I would use 10,000 - 15,000mg (10 - 15 grams) in one day. It wont kill you, you just get diarrhea.
This will do nothing for back pain. I personally never take it anymore. Natty production is good enough.
When I used to cycle, potassium helped me out a lot. It meant 3 to 4 bananas a day.
Because towards the end of my cycles I get these bad muscle cramps and spasms, and I experimented with megadosing it (the 10 - 15g I mentioned) just to see if it worked in curing the spasms/cramps, and it didn't. Spasms/cramps I believe are the result of a deficiency of something else. But anyways, these days I take 5g every other day.
A search on here pointed to taurine in older posts... great. How do I get rid of these killer back pumps?
The only place I cramp are in my hams when I'm working heavy legs. I'm taking about 5g of taurine everyday. The cramps come right after hamstring curls but goes away fairly quickly. The cramps used to drop me to the floor. I'm not 100% over the cramps but the severity is significantly less.
It's not cramps, feels like my lower back has been doing 30 rep deadlifts and is about to pop lol. I can feel it when I'm doing leg curls even...
