Nolva+Ldex anti-estrogen??

Need to get on an anti-estrogen. Was reading that ldex is good, but theres that 1% chance that it won't prevent gyno. So its a good idea to have the nolva on hand? Now having it "on hand", does this mean your stacking the 2? Or taking the ldex, and having nolva as a backup incase the ldex doesn't do its job? Would be taking .5mg of ldex. How much nolva, or how much together. The help is much appreciated!

About 4 weeks in with 60mg/day dbol, and 600ml of test e/week. Yes, I know...too young and dumb for the gear. But I want to get on an estro blocker
