Bulking and cutting in one cycle(12 weeks)
was wondering if I can bulk and cut in just one cycle, is it possible? if so, how should i approach it?

Choose one, and diet is what controls bulk or cut.

It can be done but the diet has to be so friggin dialed in it would be a full time job!

Well you could diet to bulk first 7 weeks then diet last 5 smashing the cardio. Depends how low BF you are now and what you want to end up like. IMO using AAS to cut is really only good below 10%ish to preserve muscle.

instead of having two opposing goals in the same cycle, just focus on one and make it a good one.
