16 weeks is a little much, especially using prop. What's your diet look like?

Not being ugly here brother just honest.

You say you did your homework. I don't think you did. Your asking for gyno prevention and going to run a 16 week cycle of prop? Then asking about PCT?

There are plenty of threads just below you that clearly state what you are asking. I understand we all start somewhere so you have work to do.

There is a whole sub forum dedicated to PCT and the EDUCATIONAL THREADS are very good. I still read them just cause. Good luck and do more homework and feel free to post back up or join back in on this one to show us what knowledge you have obtained.

I dont mean to flame you but you weigh 146lbs? I think you should just stick to a good diet with consistent training and only after consider doing a cycle.

my family gene are not strong in muscle or abdominal muscle, mybe its more of knowing I am on it, I still think about gear and its been almost 3yrs.
just something about when your firing on all cylinder its feels great, having superman strength and all.

Yes it does but we (me included) need to be responsable and do whats best for our health, even if it means not having "that feeling" till the time is right.
