my pct will look like the following:

clomid 100/50/50/50 and nolvadex 40/20/20/20

My supplier has both clomid and nolva in 10mg pills, just wondering if i should take the 10 clomid and 4 nolva pills all together or space them out throughout the day

if you're certain the pills are legit, you can take them all at once. i like to take them near bedtime, so i sleep through any sides that i might otherwise feel.

but make sure your source is legit. my clomid was 50mg tabs and nolva was 20mg tabs.

nolva is generally well tolerated even at 40mg.

some people get emotional and visual disturbances with clomid. i must have slept through it cos i didn't feel any at all.

So generally you can take your daily dosage at any time of the day, you wouldn't consider what time you lift or eat etc?

anytime you want to take them take them. kike asiandude said most people take them before bed

im a bit hesitant on the pills now as they both come in 10mg form, is this unheard of for nolva and clomid? 10 clomid pills seems like a fair few pills to be hitting in one go

Ive never seen 10mg pill of either .... 10mg nolva maybe but clomid i doubt it ...
That would be odd amount even for ugl caps ...

^^^ Me either. but to answer your question, i take mine all at the same time, first thing in the morning after my vitamins.
