Not on cycle but getting gyno, thoughts?

It been 3 1/2 months since pct, 4 1/2 since last pin (prop &tbol). I started to get a gyno flare up about a week ago. My right nipple is getting pretty swollen. Got blood test done, test was at 369 and estradiol was at 24 (middle of range). Any idea what could be causing this? Havnt been on any hormones for quite a while. Only thing that has changed recently is I started a 4500 cal bulk a month ago. And also quit drinking a month and a half ago (used to excessively binge drink 1-2 nights a week). I have nolva on the way, just wondering why this started. This is a worse flare up then Ive ever had on cycle and my estro levels are good.

Whats you BF %? You sure it's gyno? 4500 cals, could be a little bit of fat.

If it is in fact gyno, you could use your nolva. 40/20/20/20/20

But I would verify its gyno 1st.

Yea it gyno, it's only in one nip and its the nip I always get gyno problems with. I know how to feel for it too, no doubt it's not just fat. It hasn't formed a hard lump yet though so I know it's reversible. Im sure nolva will take care of it but more just curious as what causeing it. Bodyfat is about 13% though.

Well, estrogen levels is not always an indication of gyno or potential to get gyno. Several things need to be looked at aside from estro. Like IGF-1, GH, prolactin and progestins.

My gh and igf levels being out of wack could cause gyno? I am take ghrp-6 and cjc-1295 so that would definately affect those, although I have been for 5 months and the gyno started within the last week. Would the nolva help of its gh related?

I know prolactin and progestin could cause this but I don't see why they would be fluctuating. Any thoughts on quitig alcohol having any effect?

Looks like more blood work is needed. It's like pulling teeth to ge these docs to agree to bw. Not on any drugs except the peps. I should note my test is pretty low (369) for my age (25), not sure what affect this would have on gyno?

Is the low test level natural occurance or cycle induced??

Wish I knew. No previous bw. Stupid but that's where I'm at. Always had symptoms of low T and feel the same as I did pre cycle and in the best shape of my life so I'm inclined to believe I've had low t for a while. Going to get that sorted out after my next cycle but won't be shocked if trt is in my future.

I would say it's inevatable since you are already that low at your age. It's not going to get better unfortunatly. Good luck man.
