Hey So ive been keeping an eye on my bp.. take a look at it.. today it was 143/97/102 did some deadlifts and checked it again in 30 mins it was 129/74/111 checked it agian before I left and my diastolic was over 100.. .im gonna just die over here lol.. what are some good ways to naturally lower BP??
oh on the bright side just hit a new record for deadlift 425@1 thats after 275@12 365@8 405@2 :P feeling ****ing strong.
but seriously take a look at it over the past week or so on my log ... do I need to be ultra concerned about this bp..or will it just correct during/after pct
oh and im glad I started where I did, I wanted to see how I react to tren first, so far basically 0 sides. a few days of sweats maybe 5 days total so far.
