    New to the board but the the game.

    I just wanted to say hello to all of you. Ive been reading up on this board for a long time now. And MOST of you guys really know you stuff. Its nice to chat with some bros that have the same passion i do, lets be honest, we are a rare breed. Im starting my bulk cycle this monday. Tell me what you think. And another thing, how should i distribute the sust threw the week. first timer for sust.

    1-4 dbol 35mgs ed
    1-10 sust 500mgs. (let me know)
    1-10 deca 400mgs ew.
    clomid post cycle.

    Im 24 and my cycle history is
    1st. cycle:
    1-4 dbol 30mgs ed.
    1-8 test. Prop 400mgs. ew

    2nd. Cycle:
    1-4 dbol 35mgs ed
    1-8 deca 400 mgs ew.

    Im 5'8 190 with 9% bf.
