4th CYCLE OVERVIEW, TWEAK? or SOLID!
HIYA GUYS and GALS!
Stats:
Endomorphic body type
24 y.o. 9%BF
5'9 172lbs
Previously 240 lbs overweight when i was 12, then down to 140 after serious changes in my life when i was 15, then up to 175lbs after weight training since i was 18y.o.
3 cycles total over the past 2 years; 2 10 week test_e cycles and 1 test_p and tren_ace cycle.
I'll list what i have on hand, then the mock cycle im going to do for cutting lean gains.
PLEASE TWEAK THE CYCLE (with reasons why) IF YOU NEED TO
test e 250mg/ml
2x tren e 200mg/ml
forma_stanzol
2x pes erase (if you dont know, look it up. great stuff!)
anavar ((((NOT SURE WHERE TO PUT THIS)))
150 hcgenerate caps
clomid
letro (on hand)
Cycle:
1-10: tren e 400mg EW
1-10: test e 250mg EW (replace bodies natty test lost by tren)
2-14: pes erase 2 caps ED (lower estro from tren)
2-11: forma stanzol 8 pumps a day (4am/4pm) ((for estro and progesterone control))
8-12: HCgen 5 caps ED
12-16: clomid 50/50/20/20

Well your gretting you said you were 24 now your 25....happy b-day. I love tren and I love helping ppl with tren related cycles but something doesn't smell right here so I will be observing from the cheap seats. Good luck!

Having your TRUE stats including REAL age is very important. It should not require you to say you are a certain age just to post as kids come in here posting crap at 18 and 19 all day long...

I am curious as hell about your 9% BF. It sounds like you had some huge struggles you overcame as a young kid. Kudos to you. I am sure it was not eqasy as kids can be cruel. Would you mind posting a body pic or 2 just to see what kinda base you are working with and where you need to go?

i can't seem to push my body anymore. i eat like a beast. Seriously, 7 egg white breakfast with chicken breast,
protein shake brunch, 2 chicken breast lunch with avocado, 2 bannanas and toast,
protein shake to drink forn second lunch ,
dinner is red meat with sweet potstoes, brown rice or eggs,
then my night cap is another shake.
I drink 2 watter bottles of milk intermittenly throughout the day milk AND a gallon of water everyday.
oh, and i snack on grapes or cherry tomatoes all day. Well, not all day, but when im hungry. Religiously, minus the actual holiday day, i stick to this. I don't drink except one a month, i sleep 8 hours and i have never touched narcotics At all.

and i've been on the diet i FINALLY was ble to post above for the last 6-7 months. I know know i was not eating nearly enough to see gains, not to mention my first 2 cycles of test were way underdosed ( my buddy gave me the gear as a bday present. i was stupid. trial and error man, trial and error)

OK! Now sit down...take a deep breath...relax and listen with an open mind.
You are lean, 8% might be pushing it though cause I see a little mor fat than that imo.
You really need to take this next year to live in the nutrition and workout sub forums. You need to eat more and increase cals to put on muscle mass. It looks to me like your gym routine could be better as well.
I really believe that if you follow this advise and put on a nice base over the next year you will be able to do a cycle that will not be awaste and a disapointment!

I am seeing 12% BF, maybe a touch higher. And some big ol' nipples. Good god man! What are you feeding those things? just kidding around. Listen to Lunk and Austinite. They can help tremendously!

OK - breathing... yeah, my 3 other cycles were just junk. Young and dumb, I only did 100mg test a week for 8 weeks both times ( my buddy said it was an extra 100mg on top of my already produced test and itd be plenty) so those were a waste and a bust. Luckily they were a bday present from him, so no money lost.
then the test/ tren ace was six weeks, but again, too low to see anything. N-E-Thing except what you see between picture 3 and 4.
SO - now u see why im finally talking to smarties (u guys) vs my idiot friend.
Im perfectly fine waiting as long as it takes to get the right system down with your guys help.
SO, for WAY FUTURE reference, how does that mock cycle i posted look?

And my doctore, my trainer and nutitionist agree - 8-9% BF

Your buddy is a moran...you can pass that along from me. When you take test it shuts down your natty test therefore it does NOT ADD to your existing level (what a dumbaas)
I will not condone a cycle or discuss it till I feel that you have made the effort to get on the right track. At that point I would siggest a test only cycle to get it right for once. Like starting from square 1!
