Dbol standard
I have read that some prefer to take dbol in so many different doses its crazy. @ 40mg ed you would want to take it every 4 hrs due to its half life correct? I have seen some take 2 before the gym and spread out the rest... Whats the deal... spread out or bulk before training for best results and stability for your body?

Spread them out through your day to maintain stable blood levels and dont take them on a empty stomach , as for taking two before your workout some people say they get a boost me I just keep taking them through my day to keep my levels good , I take it that your not going to run a dbol only mate?

i saw only benefits to multiple doses per day. chances for negative sides is too great for me at higher single doses.
