Cool Hello, new to this game, requesting help.

Hello all. I am a 34 year old male, never taken performance enhancers. 6 ft 1 inch, 210 lbs, about 12% bodyfat (guessing). Been working out for about 18 years.

All I really want to do is gain a modest amount of muscle while simultaneously dropping some fat. I have read that that injectable testosterone is a good rout to go.

I guess my goal is to gain 6 lbs of muscle and drop a significant amount of body fat within 4 to 6 weeks.

I would like to stay at a place where my natural testosterone production does not shut off, if possible. And also a place where I perhaps do not have to use an anti aromatising agent, if possible.(400 Mg Test per week for 4 weeks???)

Some advice on how to get anti aromatising agents would also be nice just in case ( And when to use )

    How realistic are these goals?

If you use testosterone your going to shut down your own natural production,
4 weeks of test isnt going to help your case, for a first timer your going to have to do a min of around 6-10 plus PCT,
AR-R the sponsor of this site is good to for pct compounds,

    6 to 10 weeks? I see.

    How may MG per week?

Given my stats, what range of lbs can I expect to gain?

I would suggest Anavar if you are looking to lose some fat as well as gain lean, quality muscle.

like said above if your injecting test into your body you will shut down your natural production of test, as your body has no need to produce it due to the esculating levels in your body, with any cycle its always in your best intrest to run an ai to keep estro levels in check and water retention to a minimum. if you want to gain lean mass id go for propionate as it will help give you that dry, hard look many body builders use it for contest prep due to that fact! the only downside to it is eod injections which can be a problem for newbies. keep in mind diet and cardio is the most important thing of all NOT the compound. a good dose to start is around 500mg a week imo. the banner at the top has all your ai and pct supplies for recovery to aid in getting your levels back to normal after your cycle...... gd luck mate hope this helps

Goals are realistic but as Cape referenced, you do not need AAS for the modest gains you are looking for. It's just really not worth the risk when those type of gains are easily within reach naturally, via proper nutrition and training. Visit the Nutrition Forum and let the experts set you up with a diet and the workout forum to guide your workouts. You're basically getting nutritionists and personal trainers for free. Use it!
