    help with sust vs cyp

    three or four years ago I did a cyle of sust250. I only injected once a week for 10 weeks. I've heard a lot of people talk about injecting sust several times a week. However, I gained about 20-25 lbs of muscle from just once a week. My question is whether I could expect the same results from 250-300mg of cyp at once per week or if sust is just a much stronger test because of it containing four different esters. Also, I haven't done a cycle since. Thanks for the help.

    You did not gain 25 lbs of muscle from injecting 250/ew sust for 10 weeks. So this would answer your question about your attempt at round 2.

    Sust is pinned twice weekly.

    That's hardly even possible. If you gained 20-25lbs, most was water or fat, not lean muscle.

    I used 10 amps for 10 weeks (one a week) and it was mostly muscle. I was real solid. Went from about 200-205 to at least 225

    Just enough to shut down your natural production. Not a gaining cycle. You might have retained a lot of water if you didnt use an AI.

    250 is close to my TRT dose. Muscle tissue is very lean and packing on that many pounds is just not possible with a tiny dose like that for such a short period.

    I'm not saying you didnt gain weight, but it most certainly was not all muscle. Not even 10% of your gains.

    Ok I respect what you're saying. I didn't use an ai while running it however I wasn't bloated or fat. I'm sure some was water im not denying that. But after the ten weeks I was not only 25 lbs heavier but much more vascular, especially my abs and I rarely did them. So theres no way more than 5-10 lbs was water/fat. I never lost more than 5lbs afterwards and I'm still 220-225.

    Your 23 now. How old when you did that "cycle"?

    What was your pct?

    I believe I was 19, may have turned 20 while running it. No pct, zilch. Bounced right back.

    I hear you. I'm gonna do at least nolva after this. Do you think 250 of cyp once a week will be enough if sust250 was ?
