Need some advice of a fall program and then winter program.
I know you guys want as much information as possible, so here it goes:
Ex marathoner now 12+gym. I’m 5’10” 156 , 33waist….and butt is 37” 38” chest. 50 years old
Over the last 5 years, my waist has been getting bigger , I went from a 31 waist to a 34 waist, but I haven’t gained any weight.
I had my testosterone tested early this year. Total Scale: 250-1000 my total was 376. Free Scale: 35 to 150, my total was 52. My doctor wouldn’t recommend testosterone. I then went to one of those Rejuvinanation Centers to see what they were all about. I’ve heard they “find a way” to get you on a testosterone program. Found out I had a high elevated estrogen level. I didn’t bother with the program, too expensive. I did follow their suggestion to lower my estrogen level: no soy, watch for plastics ( estrogen in plastics ) eat more organic. I also cut back on the white wine. ( btw, I have no erection problem, which is associated with high estrogen, (sometimes I can jo 5x in 24 hours )
So for six months I trained hard(er) and followed the diet. A trainer at my gym ( unsolicited) said to me I’m one of the hardest working out guys in the gym. 5 times a week, 70-90 minutes per workout. I throw in some cross fit at times and I do myofascial self massages techniques for about 30 minutes 4 times a week. I eat well, practically no sweets. So after 6 months.....nothing.....zip. No change in my waist. I am lean and tight everywhere except for my waist and my pecs just don’t have that firm look.
So, I found a source and for a month now, I’ve been taking Proviron 25mg once a day. My waist has come done from 34 ΒΌ to just below 33. I am losing the waist, (actually have always had a 4 pac) My upper thighs are getting leaner too. I’ve maintained my same weight of 156.
10 years ago I did a cycle. 156lbs to 175 in 12 weeks. 16 week deca / sus but after 12 weeks I got a serious cold and had to stop. I’m not looking now to gain 20 pounds. I just want the smaller waist and gain about 5-7 pounds of lean muscle.
I’m thinking of a 6-8 weeks of Anavar 50mg day . I read it doesn’t build bulk, but solid gains. Or do just Dianabol 30mg for about 4-6 weeks or could try a cycle of 10mi deca / 10mi test enanthate / 10mi sustanon250. I don’t want obvious big bulk gains. I want to see what happens. I’ll give it a rest for a few months. Then in the winter I’ll re-evaluate....... I may do a HGH ( Novatropin )
If the 6-8 weeks of oral shows good progress, then take 8 weeks off and do the cycle again. Would that be a reasonable on going situation? or a cycle....rest and then something else etc...
Any suggestions welcomed. Again, not looking for massive gains. Just about 5-8 pounds that I can maintain.
