    First cycle (athlete)

    Hi I'm 28 years old and I'm curious about a cycle, tabs or jabs I'm
    Easy. I want to run a cycle that gets me leaner and gives me a boost, obviously I wanna build muscle but not to the extent where I can't run, I'm getting told do many things but it seems people r trying to give me a course to go huge. I've heard about winny but what with? And is that even right inknow it dries joints out so was advised to use deca but researched into and it was wrong! All help and advice welcome cheers guys

    Steroids like Anavar and Winstrol would probably be your best options for what you're wanting to achieve...Primobolan could also be considered but that can get pretty expensive. You'll probably want to include at least a low dose of testosterone with whichever one you choose. Not a lot, just enough to give your body what it needs. You could also try stacking with Proviron instead...it won't be nearly as effective but a short run of say Anavar and Proviron followed by PCT will give you the results you're wanting and should be a fairly mild plan.

    You can run test only, the muscle fibers you recruit will be the ones that grow. If you train like an athlete or if you straight bb, you will improve. Make it simple, you don't have to run a bunch different compounds for good gains. Me personally, I use equipoise with test, atnd I train for tri's, but no one on this board would agree with me. Do some research on things like AI's, and gyno so you have a good idea what's going to happen, and how to prevent sides.

    How long have you been training?
    If you read the education threads this willgive you more insight into stacks/cycles for newbies, you can also check out the profiles which will give you details on what each drug is capable of doing along with the sides.

    OP unlike the old man I am STILL up. Please post some stats for us to see. Height, weight, bf% and goals too.
    Steroids dont determine weight loss or gain...your diet does.
    As far as being lean and being able to run...that isn't steroids either. Pretty sure none of those damn Keyans are on juice but they run like the wind!!

    Haha I see those kenyans can run, I'm 6ft 13 1/2 stone bf about 19% I'm a personal trainer and do a contraction job aswell, I'd say my goal is to have a sprinters physique, been really busy as of late with work so training has been about 3 times a week then a game of football/soccer on a Sunday for 90 minutes, my mrs is about to have our first baby too I'm out walking with my greyhounds what I work most days so really active, my diet is clean now I had a bit of a crazy few months whilst I was so busy grabbing the od bad meal when I was in a rush that's changed now tho it's clean, I understand more research is needed and I will do all the research b4 I start a cycle I appreciate all your hel thanks

    Most compounds really shine at lower BF percentages. I personally recommend a BF of 15% or lower. (That's not a magic number) ~ higher BF percentages also come with amplified sides, such as blood pressure.

    So at this stage, I'd recommend you cut down naturally by fixing your diet and increasing your cardio to daily workouts.

    In order to cut down, you will need to calculate your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure), this will give you the magic caloric number. You would need to go into a calorie deficit of 500 or more, based off of that number; minding your macros, of course. (Proteins, fats and carbs). This is explained in detail in the nutrition section. Look for a sticky thread titled CUTTING 101 by Admin.

    Hi and thanks for those tips, il look for that info, the last week I've cut down and increased cardio a lot so I will do my bf and see the difference, I had a idea my bf would be too high that's why Ive gone to a clean diet. Thanks again

    Hey austinite had look at the link u posted for me and really impressed with it I'm familiar with macros and that, ive got a deficit of 500 Cals and I'm left with 2525 to cut, now spreading them over say 5 small meals 45 protein 35 carbs and 20 % fats do I just divide those nbers by 5 I'm a little confused.

    Don't worry about how you split it up. Just make sure you eat more often than not, (in other words, don't cram all macros into 2 meals.) and hit your total macros by the end of the day.
