    Pin locations

    So I am doing Test-E 250 2xweek

I was doing 1 pin in right glute then 1 pin in left glute each week, but read that I should not pin any single muscle more than once every 2 weeks. I tried pinning my right quad and that hurt like hell so now I am back to just my glutes, is this going to be an issue?

6 to 7 days s plenty of time. You can try other spots as well. Delts are easy.

Honestly. We had this discussion the other day.
Pecs. Pecs are easy to reach with less movement of th pin
    I like them.

I like glutes best but also use biceps and delts with no pain or problems. Keep them rotated at least.

Ha sounds like exactly what I was saying a couple weeks ago. Always pin the glutes and they were still too sore so I pinned in Quads. It was first and last time I think I will ever pin quads. My leg swelled so bad I couldn't see my knee. Not to mention how red, hot and itchy it was! I have been debating to do delts for a couple weeks now too, so I feel ya. I think I will try it for first time Thursday and quit being such a puzzy.
