Cycle advice?

Any information would be helpful guys, since I am *head down* a newbie....

A friend of mine is getting out of lifting due to some issues with his wife. He has a cycle he is willing to give me but it seems pretty heavy for my first one. Everything is by Geneza Pharm... It is 10 weeks of Deca , 10 Amps of Sust 270, and Winstrol pills. Also, Proviron and Clomids.... Any thoughts on this guys?

I am 5'9'' at 235 and 24 years old. Been lifting for over 8 years. I am fairly solid, but would like to be a bit more cut up than I am now. Good nutrition is part of my norm. This also would be my first cycle ever. Not worried about the pins because a friend of mine is a nurse and said she would pin me. From what I have read this is nice... So, any advice on this? I feel like I am starting at the right age and I have the knowledge about lifting to start a cycle. I have been researching threads for awhile now and just not found info on a stack like this. This was my friends favorite cycle and I just would like some other peoples input on this! Thanks guys.

Fenix, what is your current BF %? this is very important.

1st cycles should consist of Test only. HCG is preferred on cycle, you will need an AI on cycle... and both clomid and nolva for PCT. Do you have any of these?

I have Clomids but no Nolva. As far as an AI goes, wouldn't Proviron work in this case? And not sure about my %, but I will try to get this in the next few days.

Well, are you over weight? 235 lbs @ 5'9" -- if you were fairly lean, those would be outstanding numbers. You can always post a pic for a guesstimate.

Proviron has it's benifits. 25mg to 50mg ED usage is what I know some people to use. Most reports I've heard was eliminating bloat. As far as the numbers as an anti estrogen... I don't know. I prefer proviron, if it were to be used, to be included into PCT.

Adex is what I've personally used and know works well to control estrogen levels.

Missed that. stpete is correct. You don't have enough for a cycle.

15 more amps? Ok. I will also obtain some Adex. Anything else you can think of? I have a meeting set up to get my BF % so I will post that on this thread when I have it. Thank you for your professional advice!

i would trade the deca for more test. And waiting on bf also

Sorry it took so long guys. My BF is 19% at 235 pounds. Is this a good cycle for me if I get more Sust and Adex? Remember, it is my first go!
