b12 ???

So I'm lopking into adding b12 to my cycle for appetite purposes... it will be a bulking cycle.. might sound ridiculous asa a question but I was wondering if the b12 comes in specific injection form or can you inject the b12 you buy at walmart that is liquid form (not sure if it says oral only).... if not can it be bought a local pharmacys??? Is 1000mcg daily a normal dose to take? Any help or experiences in this is appreciated... Thanks in advance

Not from walmart. you can get it from AR-R .com

intramuscular. I use 1000iu ED on cycle.

Thanks Aus but if I were to take the oral would it be as effective or close?

absorption of oral dose is definitely lower than pinning IM. how much lower depends on individual. you can always try oral tablets first, and go on to pinning if it doesn't work.

Oh freddy! This is probably gonna start a debate....

What's wild is the majority of the studies I've read somehow proved that patients switching to oral was beneficial for both serum B12 levels and financially. We can throw the financial part out of the window because you wouldn't be paying to be injected. Your cost is B12, syringes and your time.

I've taken as much as 2000mcg orally ED during a 12 week cycle. I've also taken 1000iu intramuscular ED during a 12 weeks cycle. I have a much better overall well being when injecting. I get panels fairly regularly and I can tell you that there is no placebo here. For me, IM B12 is far superior.

You will need to find a real injectable B12 if you want to go that route. DO NOT inject the kind you buy right off the shelf at the supermarket. Most are
meant for oral consumption.

Thanks once again fellas.. I giess its time to try ar-r and I have to get a ai from them as well... hope they are as good as people are saying... what should I pick up for a ai off them.. I'm going to be doing a deca and test cycle?.... thanks
