First pin, ever!
250mgs of Test E from Alpha Pharm. My friend did it. The pain was pretty much nil. I felt the oil in my arm and kinda still do. But overall, very encouraging!

Ahhh, don't worry about them. I remember my first spike, it felt pretty good taking that first step. If you're interested in a critique, feel free to post your stats, diet, cycle Hx(although insounds like this may be your first) and current cycle plans. Better to iron out the symantics earlier than later. Good luck.

Weeks 1-12: Test E 500mg (250mg Mon/Thurs)
Weeks 1-12: Aromasin (Liquid Stane) 12.5mg every other day.
Weeks 6-14: HCG 250iu Sun/Wed
Weeks 14-17: Nolva 40/40/20/20
Weeks 14-17: Clomid 75/50/50/25
Goals are to keep all gains. I don't want to gain strength just to lose it at the end of 12 weeks. I'll deal with being stuck but not losing strength. I've been lifting consistantly for 16 months. On and off for years prior. I have plateaued at 5'7" 178lbs in the morning. About 181-182lbs by bed time. Body fat is guessed to be around 10-11%. Would like it to be 7-9% about 190lbs in the morning. Obviously dieting is huge for that but that's understood. Just throwing goals out there.
Currently my max lifts (approx, been a couple months now since i've done singles).
5'7 177lbs (for the lifts)
28 years old.
Totally natural up to this point
Squat: 415 (1 1/2 months ago). 305x20 (2 months ago)
Bench: 275 (1 month ago). 225x11. 245 4x3 (just did the 245x3 actually)
Chinups: 17 (after low rep bench) This was over 2 months ago
Weighted Chins: 80lbs 4x3 (while superset with 140lbs log press 4x3). This was also over 2 months ago
Barbell Shoulder Press 175 (about 5 months ago).
Those are my main lifts. Would love to get big gains out of those specifially. I have routines for that but just letting people know my starting point.
My diet is mainly gonna be oatmeal, pasta, chicken, and tuna. Those are my staples. I do add natural peanut to my morning shake with oatmeal and whey protein. Try to eat salads with minimal light italian dressing with a casein shake. Looking for 3700 calories, 380g of protein, 320g of carbs, and around 80g of fat.Last edited by ineedauser; 09-20-2012 at 08:23 PM.

hcg 250iu's 2/wk the day before you pin test. and easy on the clomid. second wk @50mg is plenty. you could even drop the first wk to 75.
ive doing a lot of reading on this and the more i read and research the more literature i find that suggests you don't much of this at all.Last edited by MickeyKnox; 09-20-2012 at 08:18 PM.

I would extend that cycle another 2 weeks. HCG I would run week 1 to 12 (250iu twice weekly). My PCT preference is clomid 100/50/50/50 and novla 40/20/20/20

Not gonna run HCG for 14 weeks. Don't have enough for that

If you dont have enough HCG , I'd rather see you go week 4 to 12 and stop there. No need to take it into PCT.
