    HELP! First time cycle advise please.

    Hi everyone!

    I am very happy to have found this site and hope you guys can help me out on my first cycle.

    I am Asian, 37 years old, 5"9, 190lbs, meso-endomorph physique. I would like to get down to 150lbs, lose my gut and build muscle. I used to be 213lbs 4-5 months ago and am really trying my best to shed the fat and build some muscle.

    I lift weights 5 days a week at 1 - 1.5 hours a day and the occasional cardio on weekends if i have time.

    I stick to a balanced diet of lean protein, vegetable and fruits and take them in smaller portions 6 times a day within the recommended 1600-1800 daily calories for my built.

    I just had my blood test with the ff results to get a baseline of my hormones:

    cortisol - abnormally high
    estrogen - abnormally high
    T4 - abnormally high
    LH - low but normal
    FSH - low but normal
    DHEA - low but normal
    Testosterone - high but normal
    insulin - low but normal

    I am planning to use this cycle from your site:

    Week 1-12 Testosterone-Enanthate : 250mg-500mg per week
    Week 7-12 Winstrol 50mg every other day
    Week 13-15 you will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
    Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
    Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day

    I dont really want to look like arnold and am just targeting Marky Mark's physique.

    My questions are:

    1) if i take 500mg / week, will i bloat and balloon when i am trying to lose fat and bulk up to Mark's size? i dread the moon face. or should i just take 250mg? i read the article in your forum on the study on users who took 300mg and 600mg and those who took a lower dose got more acne but didnt bulk up that much. I dont want to get really huge but dont want acne. what dosage would you recommend?

    2) I have been taking 50mg of proviron / day now for a week just to see if it will help lower my estrogen. Is that ok alone? Is it ok to use this along with the cycle above to avoid gyno? or is adex much better?

    3) should i take HCG while on cycle? I read some posts that some people recommend it. Why? How many injections and IU per week?

    4) i heard some people use nolvadex for the acne during cycle? Is this recommended? I was acne prone when i was in my teens but am clear now but worry it will come back with a vengeance while on cycle.

    5) I travel overseas a lot (2-4 weeks at a time) and worry that I may not be able to bring vials of gear when I travel. How will that affect my body if i pause in the middle and continue when i get back? I dont mind buying abroad if i can get it while in australia, singapore or qatar. just not sure if i can get it there.

    6) what effect will hcg + proviron (or adex) and no gear cycle have on my body and how will it affect my goals?

    7) what is testosterone undecanoate for?

    8) will these hurt my libido and erections?

    9) should i take enanthate before or after my workout or during my rest days?

    10) will my natural testosterone production go back to normal after PCT?

    I am sorry for asking too many questions. I am hoping to get fit and at the same time lower my abnormal hormones thru gear. I hope you can help me out.

    That IS alot of questions lol.
    1) Get your diet rock solid BEFORE you consider steroids . If you need help with this please post your daily diet in the nutrition forum (sounds to me like to few cals for your size)
    2) 1st cycle rec. is always test only. This allows you to determine the cause if any issues arise
    3) if you cant stay on schedule with pinning then FORGET it. You need to maintain constant stable blood levels for max benifit
    4) erection...test will make you walk around with one most of the day!
    5) please do some reading on proper pct and an AI for steroid use. These stickys can be found here.

    I am going to stop for now. Too many questions at once makes my tiny brain hurt.

    First what exactly were your numbers for the estrogen
    what is your bf% at now
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    4) i heard some people use nolvadex for the acne during cycle? Is this recommended? I was acne prone when i was in my teens but am clear now but worry it will come back with a vengeance while on cycle. - check out the spa forum for solutions. (accutane)

I dont mind buying abroad if i can get it while in australia, singapore or qatar. just not sure if i can get it there. - If you can't cycle properly, don't cycle. Missing an injection is not the end of the world, but missing 2 or more is a problem.

    6) what effect will hcg + proviron (or adex) and no gear cycle have on my body and how will it affect my goals? - HCG helps with sperm production/counts, helps with faster recovery and prevents testicular atrophy. Proviron helps with libido, lethargy, muscle loss and bone density.

    8) will these hurt my libido and erections? - Some experience issues during PCT. On cycle you should be fine.

    9) should i take enanthate before or after my workout or during my rest days? - Not relivant. Just be sure to spread evenly for more stable blood levels. Enth is taen twice weekly. Mon/Thurs. Every 3.5 days.

    10) will my natural testosterone production go back to normal after PCT? - Everyone is different. The safer and more proper your cycle and PCT is, the better chance you have of recovery.

    I am sorry for asking too many questions. I am hoping to get fit and at the same time lower my abnormal hormones thru gear. I hope you can help me out.

    The info in red is just an FYI - I am not recommending that you cycle as I don't believe you are ready. Great job starting with research, though.

    Remember, you cut with food, not gear. I understand that you feel your diet is great. But I would certainly visit the nutrition section and have the pro's there critique it for you.

    Also, when you're ready to cycle, you don't want to run several compounds, You need to run a test only cycle. This is because you're not familiar with all these different compounds and it would be merely impossible to identify which compound is causing what sides.

    Thank you for your replies and I do apologize again for so many questions. Thank you all for your patience.

    my results are:

    Cortisol - 617.5 (normal 171-536)
    estrogen - 237 (normal 28 - 156)
    T4 -10.9 (normal 4.4 - 10.8)

    I just used a BF calculator and it says I have 23% BF. I thought gear would help me burn this.

    Also, I am still working on the diet and researched that i should be eating around that much to lose weight. I will check out the nutrition section as you suggested. I will most likely see a nutritionist within the next few days as well.

    Austinite, thank you so much for your patience. I think you may be right that I am not ready and will follow your advise and lunk1 to work on my diet first. How will I know when I'm ready? sorry if that sounds stupid.

    I will do a test only cycle when am ready as per all your advise. Was really bent on cycling because it lowers cortisol which has been my biggest issue for some time and the adex would lower estro. If i dont cycle now, can you recommend something to lower my cortisol and estrogen so i can get better results? am only taking proviron and clen at the moment.

    What did the doc say about your levels? You have to get your E down. Thats not good.

    23% BF is very high to begin cycling. This will come with amplified sides, especially considering your E levels.

    Curious, Have you had your blood pressure checked?

    Your safest bet is to drop down to about 15% body fat before you run any kind of cycle. That is done with food and cardio and our nutrition section can get you there.

    BF% calcs. are crap. If ya dont mind posting a body (no face) pic we could give you an estimate that would be much more accurate.

    If you can maintain a good solid weight and drop BF% down to the 14-16 range then you might be ready (if everything else is locked on as well)
