    first timer

Ok iam 5'10" 190lbs 31 years old. Looking to start first cycle October 1st. Would like to do two bulking cycles, and one or two cutting cycles, over the next year or so. For my first cycle iam considering testosterone enanthate -250mg twice ah week for first 12 weeks, and 25 mg of dbol every day for the first six weeks, and a two week break before a three week pct 40mg of nolvadex daily. Not sure if this is a good starting point or not. If it is, could I duplicate that cycle again, or should I try another type of cycle, thanks

I wish I could run 4 cycles a year . Be patient and slow down a bit. Once you post your bf% we can see where you need to go.

Time on cycle + pct = time off

following this proper protocol you will not be able to do 4 standard cycles per yr. The time off allows your body to recover as much as possible. Jumping on again too early puts you at more risk for permanent damage.

Drop the dbol . Also your pct is not sufficient

will need the requested stats before anyone can help any further

Currently iam at about 12%, I was an athlete in high school and college, I've worked to maintain a 200-205lbs frame and 8-10% nd. But close to a year ago I had a car pull out in front of me when I was on my bike, it left me bed riddin, by the time I recovered, I was 163lbs and a high % of body fat, over the last few months I've managed to gain most of my weight back, but I look nothing like I did. I've just been trying to bulk up, in the gym four days a week my body needs quit ah bit of recovery time, right now, got alotta things working against me right now, looking for a way to counter, but don't wanna damage myself longterm. Thanks for replying

I feel bad for your situation man and would love to help. But what do you say we take one thing at a time??

Lets start with your current diet? Why don't you post up everything you ate yesterday.

If you would I would love to see a full body pic (no face) this always gives me and others a chance to see what kinda base you have to work with.
