What size needle should i use

What size needle should i use for my delt and what guage. Is 1 inch to big

1 Inch is perfect for the delts....i would use a 23 gauge.

can even go with a 25 gaige...less pain....and if you warm up the oil based juice it will suck up easily too...

Guys, you should all know by now that you really do not need anything bigger than a 25 G for any site other than the glutes.

I ONLY use 25 G, 1 " pins for my spot injections. No matter what I am shooting through it, 25 G works just fine.

I have shot fina, sust, eq, and a mixture of all three through a 25 G pin.

The good thing about the smaller pin in the sites is that you cannot inject fast, so the gear does not get in to quick.
