Newbie terminoligy hell

Im beni 23 new to gear looking to start pinning next year so thought I do some research early I've been reading through for a few weeks now and I know everyone's sick of the same old newbie qs but what I'm really struggling with is the terminoligy I have no idea what most threads are talking about and feel like I need a physics degree to start stacking can anyone help?

These are articles written by staff and members here with great knowledge of the AAS world and have shared that for all to see.

You are in the right place though so welcome.

If you need diet advice we have a great diet section with recipes for high quality protein rich meals so chicken and eggs never get boring.

There's a lifting section to help you with your training techniques etc.

Just read everything you can my friend soak it up like a sponge you have some of the steroid worlds greatest minds here to help
