Cialis wil improve blood flow by opening arteries better than normal. It does not automatically give you an erection as it's not an aphrodisiac. No, you don't remain hard. It's a great supplement for men for BPH (approved by the FDA,) boosts nitric oxide, etc. Low dose daily cialis is healthy for men.

If you already have no ED issues then cialis will not be a HUGE assistance. It may lower the refrectory time (time between erections). As I age I notice that I have NO problem rising to the occasion but sometimes the ability to maintain throughout is an issue, Cialis improves this for me.

Honestly if anyone is a pro on ED meds it's most likely ^^^^^this guy so I would listen to him

With your vascularity I can't imagine bllod flow anywhere is an problem.

You need sexual stimulation or arousal. With Cialis you should be good to go for 24hours or so.
