    6 Week Cutting Cycle, Insight and Feedback Appreciated

    Stats:
    Age: 28
    Height: 5'11
    Weight: 184
    BF%: 8.4% (Callipered 09/01/12)
    Experience: 3 cycles

    Planning on taking the following for 6 weeks:
    Masteron Prop - 525mg/Week
    Test Prop - 350mg/Week
    Anavar - 50mg/day

    Hoping to shed a percent or two of body fat and to gain about 10 lbs of lean clean muscle. Is this reasonable/achievable? Too short to see desired results?My PCT is all in line as well.

    Any dietary reccomendations would be greatly appreciated. I've been running a 2000 calorie a day diet for the past 2 months with a high carb meal every 3 days in an effort to shed some excess weight and dropped about 15 lbs.

    Any insights are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    I would prefer 8 weeks over 6 and run the test at 500-600 and the mast 600-700 for optimum results

    Yes, 8 weeks would be much better. I have heard of good results on 6 weeks, and too me, 6 is better than 4, which I heard recently. 8 is great!

    An actual 10lb gain in lean mass and a drop of 2% in body fat, especially at the BF% you're at now would be a big transformation and more than likely impossible on this cycle and diet you have planned.

    You are at 8%bf and you want to cut more? Its a pretty complicated dietary feat to maintain anything below 8%bf. You would be putting yourself in the awkward situation of metabolicly being used to a calorie deficit at the end of your cycle meaning once you came off your body would put on fat as soon as you upped your caloric intake without giving yourself a couple months to normalize at your new lower caloric intake. If you wanted to maintain your 6% bodyfat you would have to continue to eat pretty strictly which would cause you to lose a lot of the muscle you gained (in which case why did you try to add muscle in your cycle?). If you tried to maintain the 10lbs of muscle you are shooting for you would have to increase your calorie intake after you come off your cycle and this would cause you to gain body fat (in which case, why didnt you just bulk and gain a ton of muscle?). Either way you end up either maintaining your low body fat and losing muscle or maintaining muscle and going up in bodyfat.

    If I were in your place, and I'm not I know, but I'd take a few weeks to normalize your diet at your current weight, cause 8% is pretty damn good!) and then bulk. Other than that I second Austinite.

    I took a cycle of test and deca a few years back.

    This year in February I went on the following 12 week cycle:
    Test Enth - 600mg/week - Wk1-12
    Eq - 400mg/week - Wk 1-12
    Deca - 300mg/week - Wk 3-12 (received it free mid cycle)
    D-bol - 50mg/day - Wk 1-4
    Anavar - 50mg/day - Wk 8-12

    8 weeks into the cycle I was sitting at 204lbs and I started at about 165lbs.
    Though I put on “weight”, it was a messy bulk and my diet wasn’t in check. During PCT I sustained an injury at work and couldn’t work out for about 2 months. During that time I got pretty sloppy looking so I put myself on a 2000 calorie a day diet to get my physique back.

    Thank you for the dose of reality, I really appreciate it. Can you offer me any dietary suggestions as well as potential gains?

    Jesus... Dociam.. that second cycle is borderline expert. Not only that but you threw down on it at 165lbs? You've never done a cutting cycle before and you wanna cut STARTING at 8%.. you sound like someone who is just playing around with your body like a kid on a playground. This is also your first post ever on this forum. All of this adds up to me thinking you need to slow down and spend some time reading. At your current weight you should have very little problem putting on good mass without all this stuff in you. I don't really even know what to tell you. My instincts are that you are messing around with stuff you dont have a great grasp on and are going to hurt yourself. What would be your planned PCT for this?

    This^^^^^ and I have no idea what there is to cut after 8%....jesus how small do you want to be? Sounds to me like clean bulking time with a healthy diet, but to each there own.

    Thanks again Neevor and as far as cutting goes... You can never be too lean. I've been chubbier most of my life and it wasn't until last year when I quit smoking and started marathon training that my body took shape. I also have a brother who competes (all natural) at the national level and is a 3 time provincial (State) body building champion. He's mega-lean and I've always been envious. Maybe its in my head, but there's definitely room to shred a few %.

    As for PCT, given the nature of the cycle, it will consist primarily of hcg and proviron. I've got some other peptides I plan on incorporating in at week 4 and cycling between hex and ghrp 6 (2weeks on, 2 weeks off) until they're used up (roughly 12 week supply).

    As for my body being a playground... it's my body and I'll shape it the way I'd like. Again, thanks for all your input.

    Bullshit.. below 4% and you are starting to cut into requisite fatty tissue in your organs and nervous system.

    You obviously have body perception issues, to what degree who knows? A lot of people who use roids feel a compulsion to look better (I certainly did, shit I miss being ripped right now) but you are taking things way to far way to fast at an extremely risky and unhealthy rate.

    I don't even know what to say about these two sentences.. wheres the insulin big guy? God damn.. Proviron is used mainly as a bridge between cycles in addition to PCT and bridging is an advanced bodybuilding technique that maybe 1 in 500 members on this site are even qualified to attempt. And peptides!? these require serious research which you obviously don't do because the PCT you just gave looks only vaguely like a PCT because you included HCG but no specifics on how you would use it.

    If you aren't open to listening to reason then all I can say is good luck to you, you are gonna need it. If you change your mind, I'd recommend you spend a few months reading articles in the various sections of the forum before go on stabbing yourself with anything else. I mean talk to your freaking brother for gods sake! He obviously has quite a bit of training knowledge he could pass on to you.
