    holy fu*k my quads are in agony this normal !!!!!!!!

    started cycle of propionate 200mg eod (2ml) been injection glutes did my first quad injection on friday evening felt the smoothest and easyest injection i have ever done the next day felt sore and 2 days later i can barelly walk feels as if i have done the hardest leg session in the world or hit in the quad with a sledge hammer or even worse lol this normal yea seeing as i have never pinned quads before ? also completely different subject but i was given some protein powder 3 months out of date tastes fine so would you imagine its good to go ?

    Virgin quad. Put a heating pad on it and massage. Watch for swelling redness and hot to the touch.More than likely virgin muscle pain. I take this is your first cycle? Do you hav a complete plan with AI and PCT in place.

    Looks good hob..but I would drop that adrol like a hot fkn potatoe (very harsh and toxic) risk far outweighs the reward!

    Def. run your prop 8 weeks (no question) why miss out on 2 weeks of solid gains.

    Hell since this is your third cycle I wouldnt be afraid to run 10 prop if you wnated but NO MORE and the gains do tend to drop a bit but are still there.

    im only 6 days in with the anadrol so am keeping it going so far so good but i know its still early days, i may only use it for 3 weeks and yea i will run prop for 8 weeks why not eyy

    ye its fairly normal..imo quads have the most pip, but ti will get better. And about the protein powder, i guess if the stuff is not making you sick it won't kill you lol, should be g2g.

    Yes protein powder is fine...experation date is there for the shelf life in the store. I know alot of ppl that buy expired supps cause they get great deals and pay next to nothing.

    Your call on the Adrol...please drink a gallon OR MORE of water a day and please tell me you have some liver support you are using (and not that shit milk thistle)

    That's why I don't pin quads.......bis/tris/traps/lats/pecs/delts/glutes but fvck a quad injection especially with prop.

    I just pin delts and glutes, quads only if i can't manage at least a week between injection sites.

    Your protein powder should be good to go for a year or so after expiration as long as stored at room temps. Check for moisture, odd odors, etc.

    Never quads for me. Hell no!

    how long will this pain keep up for !!! its injection night tonight so am wondering weather to pin my other quad or not ?? dont want to be legless for a few days ! do i pin my delts instead and then try quad when my other quads better ?

    As Kel said why not try your glute man. If you have a head time pinning them standing up, simply lay down in the bed and pin that way. It crazy looking but effective, I have pinned quads and just don't like it. Glute is far better IMO

    ye i do use glutes but i need to rotate as im pinning 3-4 times a week and pinned my glutes already once this week isnt 2ce too much ?

    I have never done quads and never will. The only injection sites I use now is dorsogluteal and ventrogluteal. I haven't even done delts in about 4 years.

    Quads are pretty easy for me... Had to bite the bullet on the pain for the first few times, but after that it's the easiest spot for me. Hopped around like a tool for about a week first 2 shots lol but after that, it gets better every time. Still can't spin around to hit glutes lol

    I'm with you GL..I love pinning quads and prefer it over anything. Have not had pain since my first cycle. It goes away in a few days to a week. I liked the challenge of working out hrough the pain. Gritting my teeth and telling myself to stop being suck a [email protected] I'm kida strange like that though.

    Quads don't hurt nearly as much as some of the guys on here make it out to be. Once you get past the first couple shots there, it's a mild discomfort.

    I had bad PIP on my first quad injection but i warmed the gear up and took a minute to inject the gear on my second try and ive never have PIP since.

    Some people have pain with the PROP ester of testosterone . Try a different site. Quads suck for me for injections, i get pain everytime.

    having trouble with this statement, have you used it? i find it a great compound, bit of elevated BP but thats about it

    I don't need o swallow razor blades to know it's not good for you. i have not and simply will not use Adrol. I don't vare for orals to begin with and there is enough lititure on the toxicity of this compound to tell me not to bother. I'm not going to give something a go...just to make sure it's bad.

    Didnt youloose like10lbs in a week from your last 14500mgs of AAS? Was Adrol involved? I havenoticed that most gains from Adrol and Dbol diminish rather quickly in people I have seen take them. They look puffy to me. Plus the liver tox seems dangerous.

    cheers for the input guys left my quad out last night and pinned my delt no pain what so ever so think il be using delts/glutes this cycle also when can i expect gains to come ? start of week 3 ???

    Just letting you know, i've used Anadrol -50 once. I ran it for 10 weeks at 50mg/day. I found it to be decent, I didn't have any issues with it except for the fact that the tabs burned a freaking hole in my stomach at the end (likely due to the lab I was using and how they stamped the tabs, etc. causing it to be harsh on the stomach lining), and the only other thing I didn't like was that it raised my resting heart rate to the 90s. That actually concerned me more than anything, as my resting heart rate is normally in the high 50s. I don't think it's as harsh or as bad of a compound as a lot of people claim, but I think a lot of those scary stories are from people using excessive amounts. I only used one 50mg tab per day (this was with 400mg/week of Test prop), and made pretty good gains from it. I've heard of people using upwards of 150-200mg/day. Scary.

    But I generally agree, orals are useless shit that come with more complications than its worth. If I could sum up my Anadrol experience: I would have much rather spent my money on Tren .

    Problem is I still have over half a bottle of Anadrol left over from that cycle that i'll have to use up sometime soon. Probably use it as a kickstart for a cycle or something just to get rid of the shit.

    Hahah, it didn't LITERALLY put a hole in my stomach. I just got some irritation/inflammation in the stomach lining that resulted in a borderline stomach ulcer. I wasn't able to eat properly for a few days due to the gnawing burning feeling in my stomach accompanied with nausea. If I do use the left over tabs, I would be taking them with food/meals. I was taking them on an empty stomach for 10 weeks. That's harsh on the stomach lining if the tablets are indeed irritable to the stomach, much like ibuprofen or some of those OTC meds that are known for the same things.

    I have only ever used orals twice. Never been a fan of orals at all.

    Probably only a couple of weeks.

    I pinned quads for at least 2 years, never did glutes or anything else and almost never had any discomfort and nothing i would call pain. Only reason I dont do quads now is it's getting hard to find anywhere the skin is not hard to pin through due to scar tissue.
