how long to lose weight t3
guys i need help .. According to you in 5weeks with more cardio workout diet you lose a lot more t3? here's the lineup that start between 7 days nia
1week: pre breckfast 20mcg t3
2week: pre breck 20mcg and pre lunch 20mcg
3week: pre breck 40mcg t3 and pre lunch 20mcg
4week: pre breck and pre lunch 20mcg
5week: pre breck 20mcg
what do you think? I will have the results on weight loss?

You produce 20-25mcg naturally. So your 1st and last weeks are not going to do anything. Where did you get this protocol?

from a friend .. however I have available: 60tabs from 20mcg 50tabs 15mcg advice on a good protocol to lose fat? 15% bodyfat I would like to stay on 11%

Metabolic diet from 4days Breakfast: 4uova +10 g almonds Lunch: 250g +30 g red meat, olive oil and vegetables Snack: 100g grain Dinner: 300g red meat vegetables 3-40g olive oil after 2 or 3week recharging
tomorrow start strength training 3x week max 6ripetizioni 20 minutes cardio after weights and days not 30 minutes cardio and abdominal workout

That looks like a serious calorie deficit. How many calories is it, and do you know what your Daily energy expenditure is?

2200/2400kl calories ... caloric expenditure do not know .. I think 2800kl daily However, if you do 70-80mcg of t3 25giorni? too little?

gioz why not start a thread in the nutrition section man? u should be able to get to 11%bf without T3 just by ur diet and workout.
what are the total calories and macros of this diet?
what r ur complete stats? age weight height bf%?
even if the T3 could get u to 11% ur gonna need the proper diet and workout to maintain it..

metabolic diet is the first two weeks only a few pro carbo carbo and fat dopocricarica however, I do not think that diet is hurt .. I will open a post in the section. for t3??

You want to open a post about losing bf% from 15-11the which is totally achievable given a proper diet.
I will answer t3 when you post up your diet Marcos included. How many proteins/carbs/fats in each meal. I think you may have some calculations wrong and if your tdee is 2800 then 600+ deficit is to much imo

my diet provides many fat .. pro: 170 - carbo: 30 fat: 190-200g after two or three weeks to do a day 700g carbs 50g fat 100g protein

with a balanced diet do not lose fat .. my body is good to burn fat instead of carbs ... however, no metabolic keto but very similar t3 80mcg dose x25gg okay?

so it sounds like ur running a keto type diet with a 700g carb refeed every 2-3 weeks.
we need ur total weight and bf% to get an idea of what ur maintenance cals are. i still say u should start a thread in the nutrition section u will get better advice over there.

I do not like the diet idea at all. And your numbers are off.
What's this rush on the t3. I would not run t3 unless I was trying to get passed 10%. If you can't hit 12% with out you have diet problems which hurt you in the long run. Aas or not

T3 is crap, it melts muscle faster than fat, coupled with your diet you'll end up "skinny fat ".
