Sounds like your calories are too high.

Judging from the way you listed all your "diet" it doesnt seem like you are counting macros. How do you know if you are hitting your macros daily?

I figure anyone with a real diet would have this in a word doc on their computer or something because it is well thought out.

No way to really help you out unless you post your macros.

    ^ This ^

You need to know exactly what you are eating. The tighter you are with your diet the better.

I'd get rid of the milk. Drink your PWO with water. Check the source of your carbs, avoid carbs from lactose, dextrose and fructose. Drink lots of water, at least a gallon and get some diet green tea in there. Hit the treadmill hard. Preferably in the morning before you eat anything. Warm up cardio won't do much for you in the fat loss dept.

Use liquid egg whites, milk gives you bloat.

    Few things,

Drop the milk. Increase cardio to 45mins each session. All I eat anymore is chicken and vegtables through out the day. Water.

Stats, and what is your calorie intake?

I said the same shit. Use the ones in a carton, 25g's of protein for half of carton which is one shake. It comes out pretty good and the eggs are flavorless.

I use them for a lot of shakes since I liquify quite a few meals. Yesterday was chicken and egg whites. Not bad since you can down it quite quickly and it is still real food not powdered supps.

All about what you want to do man. . . .

It's all good, just depends on how much you really wanna do.

I already know it sucks, but I'm pretty use to it now.
