Supplements: whey, multi vitamins, creatine, pre work out, vitamine c Extra Vit C is a waste in most cases when you are already using a good multi. You will just piss out the xtra
goals: get bigger obviously, but more importantly thicken up chest and shoulders, and back/legs more defined.
