PLEASE!!!!! Someone who knows ALOT about steriods HELP ME!!!!!!
Ok Well first things first....Im 18 and I've been workin out everyday for almost 2 years now...and i still havnt seen much improvement. Im 6'2 and about 145lbs. Ive tried just about every mass gainer you can think of and nothing will put weight on me to bulk up. Im sick of being this "bean pole". All my friends I work out with are HUGE and can lift and bench alot. I maxx out at about 105lbs....sad i kno..): Im finally fed up with trying to get big the legal way so im turning to steriods ...Any information you can tell me about them would be great!! Like:
Which is the best to take for your first time?
The side effects of them?
How to avoid the Side Effects?
When I stop taking them will my muscles completly go away?
How to cycle them?
and any other helpfull information will be highly appreciated!!!
PLEASE comment with serious/helpfull information...Help a fellow Brother get Jacked!!!
Thanks (:

Eat more. Learn how to eat. Diet is the most important factor.
Steroids are not magic. At 18 yrs old you will damage your body
to an extent you cannot imagine. You have to eat more.

Here's something that you may not want to hear. Steroids are not your solution. If you take steroids and don't change anything else, you will stay a beanpole, but could add the misery of a limp dick and no natural testosterone for the rest of your life.
It would appear that you are probably an "ectomorph." This means you have a naturally high metabolism and you're prone to being skinny. There is an easy solution: Track your meals, calculate your BMR (basal metabolic rate), and eat MORE than that. You're gonna have to eat a lot more than you are used to if you want to put on some muscle.
With out doing that, steroids will not do a thing for you.

^^^^ All good points. Can't stress enough the importance of a good diet. And absolutely shutting down your natural production is not a good thing and not worth it.

Go to the nutrition section. Post there what you want to achieve and list everything you eat in a day.
They will be able to help you.
It's not easy we all basically force our selves to eat every day.
I'm not going to lie its not easy but it's what you have to do to grow.

Steroids will do way more harm then help to you at this age. Eating to grow can be frustrating. Like you said sometimes your just not hungry. Google TDEE and use one of calculator links to see how many calories you need a day. Start with that and try to get you macros(carbs, protein, fat) grime whole food sources. I eat a lot of chicken, beef, rice, sweet potatoes, and various green veggies. Once you have an idea if what you need, visit the nutrition section. Those guys can set you straight! Good luck

First of all, I want to commend you on asking for help rather than just injecting stuff in your body. That is super-smart my young friend.
You are one of those "naturally skinny guys". Eat eat eat. As the other posters have indicated, understand feeding yourself and what works. It doesn't sound like you have a whole lot of fat issues to worry about.
Watch the over training, and try to understand what sets/reps your body responds to.
No one on this planet is more qualified to give you guidance than yourself. The better educated you are, the better you will be in the end.
Look at nothing as being more than "recommendations" or "suggestions" What is ideal for you might be totally different than someone else. Opposite is equally true.
Don't rely on anyone to give you a perfect formula. Compile and research on your own. To be brutally honest, that goes for everything, not just bodybuilding.Last edited by johnnylucifer; 09-23-2012 at 07:32 PM.

Bro hit up the diet forum. If you post up your macros and do what those guys say YOU WILL GAIN. Steroids are not magic pills bro. If you are not eating enough or right you will not grow with or with out aas period. At your age you have way to much natural potential to start using and you will miss out on the gains you could make if you hit your natty potential ans then use aas later if you choose 2.

Everyone has made solid points.
Its your diet that is lacking. Alot of people have to force themselves to eat as much as they do.

Op you've received good advice above. Being an ectomorph does not make it easy, but the flip side is that in most cases what you gain is usually quality LBM with little fat. I struggled with it myself at your age as I'm a natural ecto myself. Time, patience, nutrition and dedication to the task at hand will make all the difference for you. You basically have free nutritionists as well as personal trainers in the forums to use at your disposal. Take advantage of this.

When I was your age I was 6'3 175lbs (a little more muscle on me but my grandfather made me eat all the time as a kid so thats probably why).. I couldnt gain weight either. I thought I was eating soo much food if I ate 5 times a day eating 3000 calories. I finally met a bodybuilder that I worked with and he was a skinny guy when he started. He got me eating 8 times a day 5000+ a day. I gained thirty lbs my first year doing that. I would set my timer and eat every 2 1/2 hours and often I would feel like I was gonna throw up afterward. Literally forcing myself to swallow the last bites sometimes using water to help me get it down. After a couple months of that it got a lot easier to eat. Weight gainers are only supplementary to food. You cant just drink them and gain weight. You have to eat a bunch too. Anyway, I understand your frustration and just wanted to give you a story to help you understand the lengths you might need to go to food-intakewise. Good luck!
