I would cut the anavar back to 8wks and just run more.

I think running orals longer then 8wks is taxing on the liver. I would just run 8wks instead of 10wks and I would run more. 60mgs at least.

i wouldnt go that high on the var. What kind of cardio are you doing. I know var gives me pumps sometimes where i cant even run around the block because my legs get som pumped they hurt

I would also be interested in how you get on with ansomone because of the recent controvacy . Ive stop using it but id consider running it again

Yeah I have come to the conclusion that they selective scam people. I am doing 30 min treadmill first thing in the morning, and 20 min stair master after weights.

no less than 60. I usually run 100mg but certainly not for 10 weeks. I think the sweet spot for most is 70.

Start a log! Id like to follow it. Before and afters would be great! I did var at 80 mgs for 6 weeks and loved it,other than insomnia. 8 weeks should be great if you decided too. Look forward to this, and Good Luck! I started mine today as well!
