    How does my test cycle & PCT look?

    Hi guys

    Just wanted some feedback on what will be my first test e cycle:

    Week 1 to 12 - Test E @ 250mg twice weekly
    Week 1 to 12 - Liquidex @ 0.25mg every 2nd day
    Week 1 to 12 - HCG @ 250iu twice weekly (I was thinking possibly 500iu twice weekly?)
    Week 14 to 18 - PCT Clomid @ 100/50/50/50 and Tamox @ 40/20/20/20

    hcg at 250iu is enough. no need to go 500

    hey mate, looks good you might need to adjust the adex to .5 but see how you go, if you start to get puffy nips, tenderness or soreness adjust!! also hcg @ 250iu 2wice weekly should be gtg.
    provided everything else is in check you should see some good gains.

    Keep the Hcg @ 500 a week.Did you have your diet checked out by our diet section? Many cycles fail beacuse of a poor diet.And many more lose their gains after their cycle beacuse of it.

    Thanks for the replies, I'll stick to 500iu HCG/week.
    My stats are: 25 y/o, 5'7, 172lbs, ~15%BF, just looking to put on as much muscle as possible, mainly upper body/abs.
    Diet and training is always in check.

    I will be pinning Test E Thursday morning and Sunday night along with the 250iu HCG. (Should I pin the HCG at different times?)
    I will be taking Liquidex EOD before bed. (Is this a good time? Or would in the AM be better?)
    Clomid and Tamox every night before bed. (Sound good?)

    1) Doesn't matter.

    2) & 3) I take all of mine in the morning. But i've found that a lot of people take theirs at night. I don't think it really matters.

    agree with everyone else.
    pct start time is 14 days after last injection. Just looking how you posted the weeks wasnt sure if you had it correct
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Great goal. Everyone SAYS diet is in check, but if you want the most out of this cycle I suggest just running your diet by the food nazis in nutrition. Nice having several free nutritionist at your finger tips.

    agree with above advice.

    but i would pin hcg one day before your test inj (re: Dr. Chrisler)

    and make sure whatever time you choose to dose your dex and pct, it is at the same time every day or as close to the same time as possible to maintain steady and stable dosing. same goes with hcg.

    As for Test injection site, would going from glute to glute be fine?

    I would suggest at least 4 sites to alternate between

    I could alternate between glutes and delts but I'm afraid of hitting bone in my shoulder with a 1" pin

    at 5'7" 172lbs and 15bf youre not going to hit bone with 1" pin. ...unless you inject into the top of your shoulder lol.

    you will be fine pinning delts, also consider pecs, they the easiest of any site i.m.o

    you have clearly done your research, this is great to see because it has been very rare lately

    i like it when i see people who research, i mean it isnt rocket science yet alot of people are too lazy and want to be spoon fed and the way i look at it is that if people are too lazy to read for a couple hours then why should i waste my time typing out an answer and i laugh when they say they train hard, but in reality they prob dont, because they lazy and then wonder why they lose the little gains they get post pct lol

    you dont seem to fall into this catagory, which i will say again, has become very rare to see around here lately

    remember to bump your cals as your weight increases because more weight = higher tdee

    alot of people overlook this and then wonder why their gains slow to a crawl

    just as a matter of interest, what are your goals and expectations for this cycle?

    My TDEE is 2900, I will be eating 3500 clean.

    My goal is to put on as much muscle mass as possible. As i said before, the main area i want to focus on is chest, this is due to the gyno surgery i had 12 months ago and i am having difficulty filling out the excess skin.

    I haven't set myself any weight goals, but i know if diet and training is in check then 15-20lbs of lean muscle for a first cycle is definitely possible
