Question Please advise: Splitting HGC 5000iu into 250iu shots.

I just learnt today that running hcg 250iu ew from wk 3-4 onwards on course is the latest greatest thing! (when I did my initial research years ago you knocked 5000iu ew for three weeks starting the week after, or week of, your last shot of test!.... I gotta read more!)
Anyway, my hcg comes in 5000iu vials, whats the best way of breaking up the shot to achieve the 250iu needed on course? In thinking trying to dribble the minuscule amount in each time might be a bit hit n miss!

Please point me in the right direction

    Cheers lads!

the powder is 5000iu in the vial. Mix your desired amount of bac water and extract 250iu of it. For example, you add 10ml of bac water into the vial. 1 ml will then be 500iu (5000iu divided by 10ml = 500iu per 1 ml). So to get 250iu, take half a ml. If you put in 20ml bac water. 1ml would be 250iu. How could you not figure this out on your own?

not necessary to use that much bac water. simply reconstitute with 2ml and use the 10 on the slin pin for 250iu. a lot less water to inject.

Organon's official Pregnyl website says that it can be used for up to 60 days after mixing if stored in the fridge.

My advice is to use as little water as possible to mix the stuff. 2ml is good. That way, you have a very small amount of liquid to inject. If you use a 1CC insulin syringe, you simply draw to the "10" mark (1/10th of a ml) for 250IU. Nice and simple.

Just realized Mickey suggested the exact same thing - I guess brilliant minds think alike.

Thanks for clearing that up for me boys!

I've never had to use the slin pins before, didn't even think of them!

    Thanks again!
