Weights 5 - 6 days a week
Cardio 2 - 3 day a week
Prop - 1ml a day 12 weeks (still need to purchase it)
Tren - 1ml a day 6 weeks (Start 2 weeks after prop)
Anavar - 80mg a day 6 weeks (start 2 weeks after tren)
Clen 21 days on 21 days off (repeat)
