    Athlete looking for an edge

    I am looking for suggestions on what to take fora first cycle first time user.

    6'2, 245 lbs. would actually like to drop weight while increasing muscle... roughyl 25% body fat as a high estimate closer to 20% I would suppose

    experienced in nutrition and lifting played a division one sport.

    You need to get your nutrition right first. Your bf% should be under 15% to cycle.

    Diet is the key.

    get your diet down and youll be a monster m8 your big as it is so if you cut then cycle youll look better than most buddy and if you think you around 20-25 its usually abit more bud good luck mate!

    Thanks man, yeah going to the store after work to load up on chicken, salmon, greens and cottage cheese.... need something besides oatmeal because i hate the stuff.... Need to also get my rep up in here so i can get help with sources... Been reading the forum forever but havent posted much.

    You really need to be in good shape before you cycle, IMO. AAS will make you stronger and I know guys where their muscles got stronger than their connecting tissues. A lot of them got tennis elbows, tendoitis, ligament tear, etc because they didn't take the time to strengthen their connecting tissues before they cycled. AAS isn't magic it can only make you incrementally better than you already are. I have guys in the gym, non AAS users, kicking the crap out of guys on juice (MMA). I just don't think that getting on AAS is going to give you marked improvement until you're at your peak, naturally. Again, IMO.

    Welcome..Get that BF% down to around 15%. How old are you and what sport are we talking about?
