Is PCT recommended if already getting Hormone Replacement Therapy?
Im 46 and started 100mg. of Test. cyp. per week for hormone replacement therapy about 1 year ago (made a huge difference in energy level, my workouts, etc.) and going to do a 12 week cycle of 400-500mg/wk Test. cyp. My question is since I already do the HRT and will need to go back to the HRT levels of 100mg/wk following the cycle, is it recommended that I use a Novadex or some type of PCT or just start the HRT shots on week 13?

If you're on TRT, there is no need for any PCT. It will be useless since you are still going to be using exogenous hormones on your body, thus resulting in continual shut down of endogenous production. The addition of Nolvadex or anything for PCT in such a situation will do absolutely nothing and be a waste of money.

Agree with Atomini. And it wouldn't be a bad idea to keep Nolvadex on hand should you develop gyno.
