I been thinking here. I lost most of the weight I wanted from my overly gourged see food diet cycle. I still have a good size, but I still want to lose about a dozen+ pounds of fat.
My concern now is muscle loss. I been leaner before of course, but it was achieved with a very low calorie deficit(I was pushing about 1.5k cals per day).
I am pretty sure if I do that now, I will lose muscle along with my fat.
I noticed people mentioned it on here quite a few times. But, how beneficial would this be? I was thinking of running maybe like 350mg's of test per week while running a pretty extreme calorie deficit.
Is this just plain out stupid or what? I just want to lose fat and not mass < of course.
