    First time Cycle Help

    Prepping and researching for my first cycle. I want to keep it simple. Test-E, Dianabol , and Nolvadex for post. I am 6'2, 245 currently, but I will start my cycle at 220 when I get my bf% down. How long of a cycle should I run first time around?

    I was thinking 6-8 weeks of test and 4-6 weeks of Dbol . Ive read 500mg/ week of test and 25mg/week for Dbol, but I am unsure of amounts for my size.

    Also for my size, how much of an AI say Letrozole should I take OC?

    Looking for tons of input!

    What age are you bro?

    At 6'1 and 245lbs a good bit of it will be fat (probably more than you think). I would suggest you cut right down to about 12% bodyfat or less before you use steroids .
    Estrogen related side effects like gyno can be more of an issue with a higher bodyfat.

    6-8 weeks is pretty short for a long ester. I would personally suggest a minimum of 10 weeks assuming your test is Enth or Cyp.

    Do more research into AIs and PCT.
    Letro is far too powerful and Nolva won't be enough on it's own for PCT.

    I am 25 about to be 26. Im just prepping now, stage one is getting the bf% down as i stated. 6'2" and have been lifting for a while... at 220 my bf% will be 15% so 215 is a perfect world. So if letro is too strong I suppose tamoxifen is better?

    Get your bf down to under 15% and you will be in a god position to build some solid tissue.

    A cycle of test e will be fine for 10-12 wks
    get some a-dex or aromasin for during the cycle and some hcg 250ius 2 x per wk. Solid pct something like nolva: 20/20/20/20/20/20 torem: 120/120/60/60/60/60 or nolva 40/20/20/20 clomid 100/50/50/50.
    Get your diet and training in check

    Actually going to costco today to load up on Salmon, chicken, veggies, brown rice and EAS protein powder..... you guys are great tho I appreciate all the help

    Keep on cutting as hard as you can, I personally would not cycle above 12%.

    Tamoxifen isn't an AI it's a SERM.
    Look into Arimidex and start dosing at 0.25mg every 3 days during your cycle and stopping 3 days before PCT. You can always increase the dosage if you feel it's necessary. Starting low is always better when it comes to any drug imo.

    No no dbol . Not first cycle
    Don't buy a lot of powder its good in a pinch but nothing beats real food.
    Do you know your tdee?
    How many cals you need above maintenance to grow.
    Diet is the biggest part of a cycle

    Im not looking to grow a whole lot...what is tdee? Diet isnt an issue for me when im in the zone... I love to cook and I love fish and chicken and veggies... shakes post workout... pre workout drinks etc... i got it. So first cycle just test E then, eh?

    It is your first cycle but depends on what you want out of it. Dbol will give you sme bloat and if you cycle near the 15% the bloat can come on fast but if you start the cycle say around 12% or less the bloat can easily be contained.

    Thats a fair amount of food.
    That is just to maintain. You will need at least 500 cals over for growth
    And that will have to be changed weekly as you put on weight

    Well, I want to get down to 220 first. I want to continue to lose weight before I go into any phase of wanting muscular gains in size and strength. When I get the weight down I will look into my cycle. Any suggestions for aiding in weight loss?
