I want to increase my test
Hi there. I am new to this site. I知 in the process of starting back to the gym to get back in shape and to increase my test. I think I am naturally a bit low in testosterone . I知 not a small guy, in fact I am about 45lb overweight and it drives me nuts. I want to change it. I am lacking motivation, have issues with depression and am tired all the time. I drink a lot and eat poorly. I知 now trying to change that. I used to be a gym rat and had a very nice physique. In university I lived with a bunch of guys that all did steroids . I even tried it myself for a while. I think it was called premo? Anyway, I知 over weight now and never get laid anymore and it really ****ing sucks. I知 32 years old. Some of the previous statements lead me to believe my test has lowered over time but I don稚 think it was ever high to begin with. I have small hands, long thin fingers..almost feminine looking which is messed up because I am a contractor and work a physical job. I致e always had a baby face...don稚 have a prominent jaw and so on. All of the tell signs of low test....I think?
I have changed my diet and am starting back to the gym. I miss having sex with hot women. When you are used to having it most of your life and then you lose it for a number of years, it hurts your confidence. I知 looking for some kind of supplement to jack up my test. I don稚 mind taking something that is illegal or taking injections. I知 not looking to stack a **** load of stuff and turn into the hulk or compete. I知 also not looking for something with a ton of side effects. I want something that will make me lose some pounds, put on some muscle and make me feel positive and energised throughout the day. I have no problem giving myself injections. Non issue. What would you guys recommend? I want this really bad. For those who took the time to read this, thank you. Much appreciated.
Yeah I'm thinking of take premobolan as I've heard it's one of the cleanest. Thoughts?

Welcome
Don't take any kind of steroids your along way away from doing that.
First thing get your diet sorted out and get yourself back in the gym, once you start losing some weight and your diet is healthier your test will slowly come back, its the life style your living whats contributing to your low test and depression. Adding testosteronerone at this stage will only increase the sides and negative effects and wont benefit you at all.
Make a lifestyle change and things will get better

Bro you should get a blood test done to see if you have low T.Wat you really need is a good diet and lots of cardio with a good traing program.Primo is wat you are talking about.IMO very over rated and over priced. At your weight you dont want to do a cycle beacuse it can lead to many sides.Like gyno high BP things aint like when you were younger. Also cycling w/o having been in the gym for so long gives you other problems. You risk doing injury to your joints and tendons.Beacuse they will not keep up with the new strength your muscles have.So get the blood work done and if you have low T they will perscribe something for it.But in the mean time start moving your butt Bro Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.

Head to the nutrition and exercise forums lots of great info there. I hardly believe your physical attributes have any connection to test levels only blood work can tell.

I expect to be treated with respect. Those that don't will not get any respect from me.

Thanks for the advice dude. What you are saying makes a lot of sense. I will lose the weight, get my body used to training again since it's been a while. My diet is going to be the thing i will focos on the most. Just got one of those Vitamix blenders to make veggie smoothies. I hate veggies but don't mind the smoothies. Thanks again for your help. Cheers.

Don't think so. It weeds out the people I don't like and makes things more enjoyable. This has been my experience.

Was being the key word. Your 45 lbs overweight drink too much and eat like shit
You talk about you girl fingers and no jaw bone.
And you used to be a gym rat? What gym curves?
All the statements made me question the validity of your question
It sounds like a 12 yr old troll
I meant no disrespect it was an honest question
Everyone is giveing you good advise listen to them
And loose the attitude you will get a lot farther here
Good luck with your journey

For a newbie you are being awful quick to judge and think you understand how things work around here. Let me tell you that MOST with your attitude dont last long and are quick to be banned. How about changing the attitude a little and lets not go there? Just a friendly suggestion and you can choose to take it as you wish.
If you ask a question be prepared to get an answer and it doesn't mean it will be the one you are looking for. To you it may make no sense and seem illogical but it doesn't mean it's wrong especially coming from members who have been here for a while. If you dont like the advice you are getting it's easy to go somewhere else and not come back. You can even cancel your account. It's up to you how things will proceed.

Not judging, only giving some friendly advice on how to act/respond and not be quick to get defensive specifically being a newbie. We all have had to learn to have thick skin. Those who dont usually dont last long and I would like him to find the help he is looking for without him getting his nickers in a twist so to speak. lol
We are here to help if you let us.

OK back on track and some of the advice you have already gotten so I'm sorry if it's a repeat but I'm just 2nd it.
It took time to put on (45 lbs) and will take some time to take off. Dont try to quickly or you will get disappointed and give up like most. I was 40+ lbs overweight when I started of not more and it took about a year maybe less to loose it and get down to a good fighting weight. I didnt do anything crazy just fixed the diet a little and started in the gym regularly. It took a few months to see any difference but once it started it went rather quickly.
Your natural test will increase with good diet, exercise and sleep. You can raise it naturally quite a bit just by those things. You DONT want to 2nd guess low test symptoms and start self medicating. This is one of the worst things you can do. 1st thing is go to the doctor or pay for a self test to get your baseline now. Check it again in 6 months of good diet and training to see where it is at and again in 1yr. Obviously if it LOW the doctor and you can discuss alternatives such as TRT but until then it's best to stay natural. No pro hormones or test boosters. Let your body, diet and physical activity do the work or you may damage things prematurely and do more harm than good.
Remember this is not a race, it's a marathon. No quick solutions.

You were 40lb over weight...is that you in your avatar pic? If it is, well done. That’s crazy.

Yes I was a gym rat and have the pics to prove it. I was in amazing shape. I don't have problems putting on mass but I do have a hard time getting really lean. I completely let myself go...what can I say it happens. I want to change it. I thought you were being a dick but I guess you were just asking an honest question. Sorry about that. When I was talking about my hands and jaw...I do have a jaw but my facial features don't have the look that someone has when they have high test levels. Does that make any sense? Men with high test levels have more prominent facial features. That's all I was saying. I kind of put myself out there and I felt like you slammed me but I guess it was a misunderstanding.

No not quite me. I was getting pretty close about 1 1/2 years ago until I had a few set backs. I'm still working at it and it's still my goal or close to it but with bigger arms.
Once you get enough post to view other peoples profiles you can see my pictures of before and after as well as some inbetween. I'm no where near where I was 1 1/2 years ago but also no where near where I was when I started in 2007.

Have any of you guy used a Vita Mix blender? I just got one and it's amazing. I put a ton of spinach, kale, carrots, blueberries and some flax seed oil in it. Tastes amazing and takes about 2 min to prepare. The high powered blender can pretty much liquidfy anything. Clean up is minimal. I hate veggies and I find this to be an easy way to get all of your veggies into you. Not to mention the veggies are raw, not cooked. My diet now mostly consists of these shakes and chicken and steak. I highly recommend a Vita Mix.

No, I have an Asian wife so I just let her chop it all by hand. LOL She wants one or actually one of the Jack O lane ones I think. I still like eating raw veggies although I'm sure I would get more this way.

You are lucky you like raw veggies and you are lucky to have an Asian wife that makes your meals. I hate raw stuff. Kale is super healthy stuff but it's not very palatable. I throw a bunch of it in with a banana and blueberries and it taste great. It is an expensive machine. Will put you back about $600 and to me that is a lot to spend on a blender. I actually chose to buy this over a new LCD TV....kind of proud of myself about that. lol.
